This unique and very stylish single family house will be a memorable part of your journey to the Silicon Valley, San Francisco and South Bay. The house is in a very convenient central location: near San Jose downtown & convention center; Cupertino, Campbell, Saratoga and Los Gatos Downtowns; San Jose Airport, CalTrain & BART stations, shopping/dining at Valley Fair/Santana Row, Levi's stadium, Apple headquarters, G00gle new offices, and many tech companies; Stanford University and Shopping Center. It has 7 bedrooms, 10 beds, 5 full baths, 2 kitchens & living areas, 2 patios, a Japanese garden and free private parking for 6 cars. We can host up to 16 guests. Fast internet, free WiFi, free 2 sets of laundry, computer desks in each bedroom. This house fits business travel groups and gathering families very well.

Clean, spacious and comfortable home

Michelle was a wonderful host! She kept in communication with us to ensure that we knew where everything was and responded promptly if we had any questions. The home instructions were clear and easy to follow and the labels around the house helped a lot. The home is beautiful and accommodated our large group. The driveway was large enough for us to fit several cars and a passenger van. The house location is a huge plus as well. It is a reasonable distance from Levi Stadium and the San Jose and San Francisco airports.

Great getaway

Home is very upscale but extremely comfortable for large groups. Well decorated with a fantastic backyard that is very relaxing. Well located and hosted by attentive owners. All the amenities were first rate our group had a great time.

Great property for a large group

This property was great for what we needed: lots of space for a big diverse group of people. 9 adults stayed and got ready for a wedding without bumping into each other. The house including all 5 bathrooms were spotless. Lots of room for all our food for the long weekend. Close to our venue. Really enjoyed our visit.

A delightful stay.

We were staying over the Christmas holiday and the owner added holiday decorations with ribbons on the outside bushes and a lighted tree shape inside. Kitchen was well stocked. Instructions were clear and owner was easy to communicate with. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect home for a large group!

14 of us (ranging in age from 10 to 84) stayed in this home for a long weekend. It was so comfortable and everyone had enough space. The home had everything we could have needed and was very well located. The host was amazing and very responsive and helpful. This home is a gem and we would absolutely stay here again.

Helpful host, Hospitable home

This amazing property was perfect for our small church getaway. The house was clean, well kept and its modern interior, gave it a fun ambiance that was perfect for the youth in my group. Furthermore, Michelle was a superb host. She was very accommodating with many requests from my end and also responded very promptly during my stay. She also checked in with us regularly throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and that we had no issues with the house. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Wonderful property for a large group/Top notch host

Michelle was a terrific host. She was very attentive and quick to respond to questions. The rental property was spacious, loaded with amenities and perfect for our large group. We especially appreciated the lovely outdoor spaces for sitting/visiting and the back unit (with another kitchen, bathroom and sleeping quarters) that was separate from the main house. (Travelers need to know that there is an extra charge/person/night for more than 6 guests.) Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

Rarely found big house, 3000 Square Feet, in a super convenient location and peaceful neighborhood. Recently remodeled, great floor plan, spacious indoor and outdoor areas. Many big companies are within short driving distance. This house is perfect for the big groups of business travelers to Silicon Valley. The families who have weddings nearby really like to book here to host their out-of-town relatives.

We have 2 booking options: 7bd/5bath whole house, or 5bd/3bath main house only. When you book the main house only, the back unit will be locked and vacant. You may still enjoy the whole backyard and privacy.

Main house can host up to 11 guests:

Bedroom 1, master room: 1 King bed, 1 ottoman single bed (3 guests)
Bedroom 2, 3, 4, 5: 1 Queen bed in each room ( 8 guests)

Back unit can host up to 5 guests:

Bedroom 6: 1 King bed, 1 ottoman single bed (3 guests)
Bedroom 7: 1 twin extra long bed (1 guest)
Living room downstairs: 1 full size futon bed ( 1 guest)

There are outdoor sitting areas for up to 16 seats.

Per your request, we also provide one baby crib, highchair and baby bathtub.
