We had such a great stay! The property was spotless, perfectly located near our venue, and truly made our trip. It had everything we needed and felt so comfortable—would absolutely stay again!

Wedding weekend rental

Perfect rental for us for my nephew’s wedding in Bonner Springs. Easy access to interstate and shopping. Cute and cozy with plenty of space. We had everything we needed. The host was very quick to answer questions. Wish we could have taken advantage of the firepit! Would highly recommend!

Girls weekend

Great place! Very comfortable to sit and visit, beds were comfortable and it was a short drive 29 minute drive into downtown for dinner. Neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay again!

It was a great place to stay we were there from a Thursday to Monday and it was perfect for us we enjoyed the coziness and the comfy little cottage.

Convenient and close to food and shopping

The home was clean and nice. My only criticism was that the kitchen was lacking in basic cooking items such as salt and pepper and coffee, and the bathrooms were sparse for products such as shampoo and body wash or soap. The firepit was nice for gathering on cool evenings.

Conveniently Located

Responsiveness of owner is fantastic. House was clean and newly remodeled There were 8 of us, and other than a couple of teenagers complaining about uncomfortable futons, it suited us well. The VRBO required deposit of $3000 is extremely high, however I believe this is a VRBO issue, not the owners.

Perfect for family getaway

We stayed at this property for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect size for our family of 5. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker but there are ice trays. We just put our water in the refrigerator. There were not many towels or face cloths so we had to be mindful that everyone had a towel. Other than that the home was tidy. There was some dust but nothing terrible. If you have a large vehicle the driveway is tight but manageable. The property has an alarm system which is wonderful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would book again in the future if we return to KC.

Clean, older home near Legends Mall. No washer/dryer on property. Very cute furnishings and comfortable beds. Overall met our needs.

Love the Comphy Cozy Cottage!

My friends and I were in town for an event and couldn't be happier that we chose to book a stay at the Comphy Cozy Cottage. The check-in process was a breeze and the property manager was very friendly and accomodating, in addition, the location was convenient to local hotspots which enhanced our experience as we did not need to spend too much time driving around and more time enjoying our stay. As we had such a pleasant experience, we plan to revisit this property next time we are in the area.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. There was a minor issue with water in the basement when we first arrived, but the host was so responsive and had someone over within minutes to resolve it. The property is decorated adorably, though I would say the cleanliness could be a bit better. The backyard is huge and has so much potential, but needs some attention to get it cleaned up. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Relaxing Stay

The cottage was beautiful! We were very comfortable and couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The owner was very attentive to our needs and provided us with a gorgeous gift basket to welcome us. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were decorated beautifully. Our favorite parts of the cottage were the rec room and backyard, where we were able to have our morning coffee. Looking forward to our next stay.

This was a really nice property with plenty of room. I was able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal with no problem. The only thing that could have been better is the refrigerator. It didn’t get very cold and the lights did not work on the inside. The bulb in the freezer seemed to have mold on it. Other than that this was an excellent property to stay and the neighborhood was also good.
