Regarding the door lock, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the malfunction. However, it is important to note that we provide a backup key in the lockbox for situations like these. We understand that locating the lockbox may have been challenging, but we do appreciate your efforts in retrieving the key. As for the unpleasant odor you experienced upon entering the property, we apologize for any discomfort it caused you. We take cleanliness seriously and conduct regular inspections to ensure a pleasant environment for our guests. It is regrettable that you did not inform us during your stay so that we could have taken immediate action to address the issue. As for the alleged mice droppings, we have never experienced any complaints of this in the past and you have not provided us with any evidence of this during your stay. We have pest control measures in place, and any report of such issues would have been address immediately if we had been notified. The pre and post-stay cleaning documents do not show any evidence of rodents as well. We understand your frustration, and we appreciate your feedback. However, it is important to communicate any concerns to us in a timely manner so that we can address them appropriately and ensure a pleasant stay for our guests.
