Mayfield Lake View Apartment

Este nuevo apartamento con vistas al lago está construido sobre un garaje privado. Hay una vista panorámica del hermoso Lago Mayfield. Hicimos una plataforma envolvente en los lados norte y este (para la vista). Hemos amueblado el apartamento de 1080 pies cuadrados como un lugar en el que nos gustaría vivir, pero tenemos la casa más grande de al lado (ver https: // www. Vrbo. Com / 314232) como nuestra propiedad de vacaciones y hemos añadido el garaje / apartamento para nuestro uso futuro. Durante los próximos años, el apartamento ofrece un excelente lugar de escapada para disfrutar.

El apartamento de dos habitaciones tiene camas queen para dormir cuatro y dos personas más pueden dormir en el sofá cama desplegable. La verdadera oportunidad de esta ubicación y configuración es que este es un gran lugar para quedarse y relajarse o ser tan activo como desee. Mayfield Lake se formó cuando se construyó una presa en el río Cowlitz. Mayfield Lake ofrece paseos en bote, deportes acuáticos, pesca (8 variedades), caza y el Parque Estatal Ike Kinswa para nadar y otras actividades para niños. Hay pesca deportiva en Cowlitz (salmón y steelhead en temporada), senderismo en las montañas y colinas, esquí / embarque en los inviernos de White Pass, visitas turísticas en la Cordillera Cascade.

Un viaje a Randle, WA te coloca enclavado en el medio del monte. Rainier, Mt. Adams y Mt. S t. Helens. La belleza natural de la zona todavía me maravilla después de años de diversión. Relaxing Weekend

Property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen, living room, and dining room were open so it would be comfortable with 4 people staying there. We found what we needed in the kitchen for preparing our meals. Beds were comfortable for us. Air conditioner worked well and kept us cool.

Location with a view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment. The hosts provided everything that you need and more. The front windows and deck have a great view of the lake---just beautiful! The air conditioning kept us comfortable on the hot days when we visited. We used this as a home base to visit both east and west sides of Mount St. Helens. This is an excellent place to stay!

It felt like home!

The property was clean, well-stocked, and very spacious. The property manager was quick to respond to questions leading up to the stay, and was so friendly. She even helped us carry in a suitcase and gathered things we needed from the attached property. We love the wrap-around deck- perfect for morning coffee overlooking the lake. Our only complaint was the mattress in the front bedroom. It was very hard, but we put a mattress topper on and it was just fine! Will definitely stay again!

Great place near the lake!

This was the perfect place to stay for day playing on the lake. Close to Riffe as well as Mayfield. We had 2 trucks with 2 boats and the parking arrangements were perfect! Nice view of the Lake. The mood lighting was very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake while having our morning coffee. Hope to stay again.

Wonderful family gathering with a lake view

Amazing

This apartment was wonderful and larger then expected. Plenty of parking and wonderful views. Super clean and had everything we needed. Even things that we don’t normally find in rentals. Hot cocoa, coffee, filters etc. Forget something like toiletries?? they had travel items in bins if needed. We will be coming back to this place for sure.

A beautiful scenic trip

The property was great! Nice bedrooms, clean, kitchen with everything and more balcony view of the water, nearby state park and lake entrance. We enjoyed the scenery and the quiet! Would recommend to others.

Great place, would recommend!

Lynda has a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. The photos on the website do not even do it justice. We were blessed with beautiful weather and commensurate views from the wrap-around deck. There was plenty of space for our group to relax and the amenities were top notch. There were several personal touches which made our stay incredibly easy: 1) Introductory email with granular turn-by-turn directions 2) Welcome binder with detailed instructions and recommendations 3) Condiments and firewood Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!!

Much needed family vacation.

This is just what the doctor ordered. 2020 as we all know has been a rough year, my family all works in healthcare and other essential jobs. We needed a break away and this house was amazing. The deck looks out to the lake, the sunsets are beautiful, it’s just minutes away to launch your boat. Inside everything is clean and new looking, it’s stocked with all of your essentials and more. We will definitely be going back.

Great For Awhile

We rented for 5 nights. The first 2 nights were perfect. Quiet times on the deck and nice views, etc. Overall enjoying our vacation very much. However the last 3 nights were the opposite, zero peaceful time on the deck and views of boats, trailers and SUV's. This was due to the house next door being rented. The location is very close as the driveway is shared. That house is owned by the same owners who rented to us. There were at least 15 people and 3 dogs, possibly more people as they set up two tents in the front yard. They parked their cars and two boats and trailers directly in front of our deck and the kids often played on the lawn directly in front of us. To make matters worse they set off a huge amount of loud fireworks on the 4th of July in the shared driveway. We came out to Cinebar to relax in peace and get away from the noise. 40% of the time it was absolutely great, the other 60%, as the Grinch says, "noise noise noise".

Lovely place

Very satisfied

The apartment is ideally situated if you plan on visiting Mt Rainier and Mt St.Helens. The kitchen has everything you may need (and more !). Great for a family.

Lynda and Darrel Libby own two properties side-by-side. We have worked to make this our future retirement home. We live in Vancouver, WA currently, and spend the weekends mostly at the Mayfield Lake Home. We started building a garage for our future needs and by the time we had the garage space, the opportunity to add some living space was a good choice. The contractors met our requirements and built a high quality building to our liking.

I like to fish, hike, hunt, and enjoy watching the sun rise over the lake and reflect a warm welcome to a new day. This vacation spot is 75 minutes driving time from our home in Vancouver and just under 2 hours from downtown Seattle. We have kids in both locations, so this was hopefully thinking ahead towards visiting the grandkids. It is in a quiet neighborhood set away from cities. There is a small stop on the way called Salkum, which has the basic groceries. Mossyrock is 12 minutes away with a few more shops. Chehalis and Centralia have a good variety of shops and indoor activities.

Relaxation for those needing to get away. If you are more active, then the variety of outdoor activities will keep your interest. The VRBO rental is a great way to vacation at a destination location without breaking the bank.
