As you walk in you will see the wide open floor plan including the kitchen, dining, and living room. There is a HUGE couch to snuggle up on and watch a movie or show while the fire is going(electric fire can be used with or without heat, great for summer!) Conveniently located less than 1 mile from clear creek pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts! A quick drive to Tennyson and about 10 minutes to downtown! Great for families or large group! Fits 13 on beds, 16w/couches. Book today!

The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and there is not much traffic in front of the house, except for the neighbors who live here. The driveway fits 4-6 cars, and there is plenty of street parking as well! Just don't park on the neighbors driveway :)
