Petite RETREAT is privately positioned in Riviera Gardens, a unique 14-acre gated community nestled within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs. Here you will enjoy mountain views, four heated swimming pools and hot tubs, fruit trees, lush green lawns, dazzling flowers and mature trees.
This condo was recently remodeled and boasts all new appliances and new furnishings. It's walking distance from some local favorites (Sandfish Sushi and Whiskey, Boozehounds and 1501 Uptown Gastropub) and less than a mile from downtown. Both living and bedroom windows share an amazing view of the San Jacinto mountains.
This petite RETREAT, a ground level unit, has a specious bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath, a comfy living area (with desk for virtual working), an open concept kitchen with all the amenities and a private enclosed patio. Full-sized, in unit laundry, and assigned covered parking complete the package.
