Spacious 4 bedroom home in the village

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This newly renovated home is a perfect spot for visiting family or exploring the local attractions. We have a large open concept living, kitchen, and dinning area. We are located 30 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame, 35 miles from the Turning Stone Casino, 10 miles from the Herkimer Diamond mines, and the beautiful sights of the Adirondack Mountains are located in our back yard. Located near the NYS Thruway!

House was clean and even smelled great when we first walked in. Beds were comfy, so we slept well. We mainly used the house to chill at the end of the day and sleep, so we didn't cook or use the laundry appliances.

We stayed in this house while attending a family wedding. The house was amazing, clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Had a slight problem with the keypad but the host responded quickly and was able to get us in the house with a back up option. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Highly recommend!

Great stay for avoiding hotels

This was a great way for a group of friends, in the area for a convention, to spend more time together and avoid staying in hotels. There was an abundance of towels, dishes, seating, etc.! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, comfy home

Since there were nine family members traveling from Massachusetts to a wedding in Herkimer, NY, staying together at this VRBO home in the nearby town of Ilion made sense. This home had all the amenities and more, it looked to have been recently renovated, and was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Great Time

The house was very clean and accommodated our every need. The ONLY issue that all of us agreed that needed to be addressed BEFORE someone gets hurt is the FIRST step outside going into the house. If you are entering the house the first time when it is dark, it is a definite tripping hazard and you need to remember it EVERY time. Otherwise everything was outstanding and we all will recommend to our friends and will book in the future. Dave Gue

My kids and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home when my youngest played baseball at Cooperstown. Could not have ask for a better experience. The home was very clean and stocked with everything a family would need to feel at home!

Cooperstown Weekend

Fathers and sons trip to the area for Cooperstown’s Memorial Day weekend activities. Property is within 40 minutes of Cooperstown. Plenty of food and grocery choices located nearby, in a quaint and quiet town. The house is located in an up and coming neighborhood and definitely stands out among its neighbors. The house has been beautifully remodeled and was perfect, with plenty of space, for our group of 10. Thank you for a great experience!

What an Awesome Place!!

We're pretty regular VRBO users having rented probably 10 places over the past few years, and I have to say this was clearly the best one!! Besides being clean, newly renovated in terms of furniture and exactly as advertised in terms of features, the place was well stocked with amenities for our party of 8. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, mugs and utensils. The pantry had plenty of paper products and alternative small appliances, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and TP. While we didn't get a chance to meet them face to face, the owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had. We were looking for an alternative to hotel rooms while our family was in town for a memorial service and did not expect to find such a gem in a small town like Ilion. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Mohawk valley!!
