Evangelia's Traditional Villa Lindos

Evangelia’s traditional villa is a stunning traditional Lindian villa, one of the oldest of Lindos, that it was manufactured around the year 1600, and continuously owned for more than 400 years by the same family, going from mother to daughter through the centuries.
With its distinguished pebble floors, the unique wooden furniture, and the layout of the house with the unique upper floor, Evangelia’s villa is one perfect example of the famous Lindian places called “Kapetanospita”. It is set in the heart of Lindos, in a busy area, close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, and close to Mikros Gialos and Saint Pauls Bay beach. After its renovation Evangelia’s villa cleverly combines the old with the new.

This fabulous villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a separate kitchen and a beautiful internal yard and an upper veranda. There is one luxury double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and the upper floor bedroom with two single beds, too.
On the ground floor, there is a large traditional bedroom, known as Sala, with hochlaki (pebble) flooring and a beautiful architectural arch that meets at the top of the wooden ceiling and in the center hangs the old chandelier from Smyrna. The room consists of two single mattresses on the Lindian wooden platform, a living room with a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Beside that is a second bedroom with a queen size bed on a wooden platform, too.
Furthermore, there is a fully equipped separate kitchen with an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of kitchenware for meal preparations, and a washing machine. Beside the kitchen area, there is a second bathroom.
The kitchen and both bedrooms are all open onto the inner courtyard with the dining table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining. A wooden pergola covers the yard and the table is next to a beautiful planter with plants and flowers.
On the upper floor, there is the 3rd bedroom, called “Anoi”, with two single beds on a wooden platform, the veranda, and the 3rd bathroom. The veranda is equipped with two wooden chaise longues chairs, an umbrella and a stone bench from local stone decorated also with hochlaki (white and black pebbles).
Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the entire premises.

Please note that although our property offers a fantastic location surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars, it's essential to mention that there is potential for noise in the area. As the vibrant atmosphere of Lindos comes alive, you may occasionally hear music playing from nearby establishments, especially during peak times and weekends. We believe the lively ambiance adds to the unique experience of staying in the heart of the town, but if you are seeking absolute tranquility, it's worth considering this aspect. However, if you're a fan of nightlife and enjoy being at the center of the action, you'll absolutely love the convenience and energy our location provides.
