Perfect stay with our dog

This is a cute clean cottage to stay in. It was the perfect distance from friends we were visiting. And a convenient distance from the Britt festival where we attended two performances.We walked our dog in the neighborhood, which was very pleasant. We used the backyard to play with the dog. He loved it. We enjoyed the use of the television and the kitchen. The owner had a lot of thoughtful touches to make the stay enjoyable.

My grandsons and I enjoyed staying in this lovely cottage. It was equipped with many extra touches for all of us including our dog.

Nice Cottage

We really liked so many things about this place! Loved the location; good for walking dogs around the neighborhood and to walking trails in the park, not too far from freeways, and some good cafes nearby. Also loved the large yard for our two dogs. (It was too cold to sit aside, but the patio looked like it would be nice.). Very cute set up in the house as well! I would have given it 5/5 except that the only comfortable bed for an adult was the one in the "main/master" bedroom; the other mattresses were thin and very uncomfortable for the other two adults in our family group! Also wish that there were a few more cooking utensils (pots and pans) and that there were more than four plates and three bowls. I would highly recommend the place for a couple with small children. And I would go back again if the mattresses were switched.

Very clean cottage

Cute cottage, very nice front yard, very clean, beautifully decorated. Homeowner provided everything you would need to do laundry, pots and pans for meals and shampoo & toothbrush.Thank goodness the A/C worked very well because it was so hot in Medford. The only thing I could say to improve is the outside patio furniture was very dirty. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Cute House and Easy to Access

This home was a great place for a short stopover on our road trip. The backyard was very nice to have with our dogs: large, flat, fully fenced. House was comfortable and nicely appointed and the neighborhood was easy on/off the freeway, and easy to access grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Loved this little cottage!

The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and this cottage had all we needed for an overnight stay during a long road trip. We had a little issue with the shower that was resolved quickly by the owner (thank you!!) The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs - they had plenty of room to run, play fetch, etc. It's in a nice neighborhood with easy access to groceries, gas, shopping, and the Interstate. It was just perfect for our trip and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house

This is a perfect house for anyone to stay but very family friendly. It is clean and has plenty of towels and linens. Really helpful! Our girls loved the dollhouse and the fenced yard is pretty. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Probably our best ever

Just perfect in so many ways. Cleanliness was outstanding. Very simplistic, yet has everything you might need without being over done. Plenty of cupboard and storage space for personal items. Warm and cozy throughout. Beautiful very large backyard fully fenced. Lovely kitchen, it is all you need. 2 large TVs with netflix and hulu. We only stayed one night for out of town surgery next day but would love to stay longer and relax outside and enjoy the space inside. We were very pleased with everything. Nice clean simple touches theoughout. So happy

Charming Cottage in an ideal location

Very clean and spacious with all that you’ll need. The fully fenced backyard is relaxing and spacious. Our pups loved the vast green grass and room to run. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs and we enjoyed bbq dinners on the gas grill. We enjoyed walks with the pups through the neighborhood which was safe and inviting. The turkey’s wondering through the neighborhood were a welcomed sight. Bear Creek Park is less than a minute walk. Beautifully maintained with a spacious paved walking path. Brand new enormous playground and shaded picnic area. For lunch we grab a bite at Taco’s Michel. This is the place for delicious savory tacos. For groceries: Medford Food Co-op, Safeway and Trader Joe’s all within a short drive. Thank you so very much for a great experience.

Lovely Stay in Medford

We were staying in Medford visiting my brother and the location in relation to his house was perfect, and the house itself made it even better. The two bedrooms were perfect for us and our two teenagers. The house is well stocked with all of the extras I hope to see such as essential spices in the cabinet, coffee and coffee filters, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, all the dishes, mixing bowls and essential appliances, fun decor, a clothing steamer, first aid kit, etc. The backyard was large and fenced and our dog loved it! Neighborhood is cute and quiet. We absolutely loved staying here!

Beautiful and Quiet Location

This property was welcoming with lights and heater, waiting for our check in. Had lots of accommodations for our girls as well as our dogs. Home was beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and within close proximity to lots of restaurants or fields for our soccer tournament. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Medford. Quiet , quaint older home and neighborhood.

Cozy home, and convenient location. Well equipped kitchen, ( just need sugar for coffee), nice large backyard for our dog. Maybe add some cards/ games for guests. Comfortable bed, but very squeaky bed frame.

Amazingly Cute Home Close to Restaurants

Wren’s home was just a delight. It was meticulously clean and super cute. They had items out for our pets that we had with us and also items for our baby. It made us feel welcome and at home. Plus it was a super short drive from all sorts of restaurants, which was really convenient. Quiet and calm neighborhood. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Wren!
