EXTRA GUESTS- This listing is for 8 guests. Extra guests up to 10 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.

Guest Access:
Full House. Parking in the driveway and street. Our house has a garage, but guests do not have access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Wilson Park district and close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. Just blocks from downtown and Dickson St.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets (under 40 lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
