We Have Electricity! Luxury Home in The Heights! Pet Friendly, Sleeps 8

The home is spacious and cozy at the same time. With over 2200 sqft the home feels large enough to accommodate a large family with a few furry friends. The home is a 3 bedroom & 3.5 bath townhome. Master bedroom and guest bedroom on third floor and one large guest bedroom on the first floor. Kitchen is on the second floor. We have two fold away twin beds in the master bedroom that can sleep another 2 adults in a room of your choice. With over 2200 sqft the spacious living room, kitchen and dining area is great for hosting family and friends on a long or short vacation. The home has a small patio on the side with two tables and chairs to enjoy and outdoor coffee or meal al fresco.

Quiet time: 10p-7a, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum because we want to be respectful to our neighbors. Thank you

We are pet friendly and have a $100 pet fee, per pet.

The townhome was perfect for my family’s stay in Houston. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and just minutes from many restaurants, coffee shops and the HEB grocery. The Heights neighborhood is itself central to main thoroughfares to adjoining neighborhoods and to downtown Houston. The host was responsive, and we would happily stay there again.

Stayed here for over a month while our eldest daughter attended a ballet intensive downtown. Wonderful home in a nice quiet section of Houston. Great communication with the hosts. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and HEB. Easy drive downtown. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. We were sorry to leave! Truly, everything was easy and comfortable. Would rent again. Thank you!One note for future visitors: there is no access to the mailbox. We were initially concerned that might be a problem since grandma had already put a birthday card in the mail, but we made friends with the mailman and had no problem. (This is only an issue with USPS mail. Amazon packages and the like are dropped at the front door.)

Elegant, quiet, safe, and wonderfully hosted home

The home is in very quiet and safe area that has quick access to attractions, food, medical facilities, and other activities. The home itself is clean and updated and has all of the items needed for a regular living experience just like home. The hosts are exceptionally responsive and gracious. The stay was truly enjoyable and appreciated. Our family enjoyed visiting the zoo. Aquarium and museum .

The townhouse was wonderful and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend it. The only hiccup was the downstairs heater gave us trouble. I assume it was because it was the first day cold enough to need a heater.

Beautiful spacious place

Very comfortable! Gorgeous! Convenient! Comfortable! Spacious! I LOVE this place. I would rent it every time! Host were nice responded almost immediately every time and very helpful with ideas location of nearby places. Even the Wi-Fi was good. I had a hard time finding it but I think that was our fault. ha haa

Great Place

We stayed here for 7 weeks. It’s very nice, clean, AC works well, beds are comfortable and in a great location with lots of restaurants close by. The hosts were very responsive and very nice to work with. Highly recommend!

This townhouse was clean and lovely. Our dog was reluctant to use the stairs. But luckily there is a ground floor bedroom and bath. Good location in the Heights.

Just as promised

We enjoyed our stay at this upscale property. Our family was visiting family in the area. The location was very convenient to everything in the area, shopping, major roads and highways. As promised it was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was easy. For sure it’s not a party house but if you want a low key relaxing weekend with no worries, you should definitely stay here.

Owners were very good with communicating. It is located in a nice, very quiet and safe area. Property is modern and clean. Appliances nice and main beds comfortable. Great king in Master. Nice showers and tub. A few reasons for average rating were lack of towels in lower bath and not enough or any extra blankets to accommodate more than 6 guests. Extra beds were cheap cots. Quite a few items needed repairs. Light fixture held by bungee cord. Plantation shutter was broke. A Neighbor parked their car outside their garage so made it hard to enter and exit garage. For the price acceptable but sorry…wouldn’t recommend for over 6 guests.

Wonderful Home in a Wonderful Neighborhood

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was CLEAN and in a very mice neighborhood. The hosts were awesome and even gave tips on the best restaurants and places to shop. At night, it was nice and quiet and we felt very safe. My family all agreed that when we come back to Houston, this will be our place....if available!! Thank you for making our trip so comfortable!
