Gator Den is a very clean residential home walking distance to the stadium and UF campus! Six full bedrooms and four full bathrooms make this a perfect solution for larger groups who also need private areas for all. Features a large modern kitchen with plenty of space for everyone. Coffee bar, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and ample parking.

Bedroom Breakdown: 2 master suites, each with king beds, and 4 bedrooms with queen beds; including 1 with an additional twin bed and 1 with a set of bunk beds.

The kitchen was perfect, with plenty of plates, pots, pans and tupperware. Pretty much everything you would want in your home kitchen! 15 minute walk to UF campus. Would happily come back!

Great Stay, Great Location!

Communication was accurate and timely, home was clean, plenty of space for 5 of us to spread out and not be crowded. Location very convenient to campus, but neighborhood was quiet.

Excellent Stay!

Our group was in town for a work trip and we had a fantastic stay here! The home is well maintained, well stocked, and has plenty of space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and our host was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Gainsville Stay

Property was very close to the university and a Publix which made it easy to go to and from our events. Home was comfortable. We enjoyed the living area the most as we could all gather and visit.

Perfect location and plenty of room

We rented this for my daughters UF graduation and it provided enough room and outside space for all of our family and friends to celebrate her special day between the various events. The manager was super responsive and accommodating. We are hoping to rent it in the future.

Gators Den Rocks

The Gators Den Rocks! We were in Gainesville for Sister Hazel's Lyrics for Life Gala at the Phillips Center. Close proximity, groceries around the corner...and everything else. Plenty of Room...plenty of space to socialize. We loved it and will stay there again availability willing.

Perfect graduation house

This property worked very well for us when we attended UF graduation. It was a great location and had a well appointed kitchen for meal prep. I would note that it is split level so there are several steps throughout which was a little challenging for my elderly mother. Otherwise, perfect!
