Outside of Abbey Springs is the famous Geneva Lake, with it's mansion-dotted shores and numerous water activities. The small town of Fontana offers parks, marinas, and quiet views of the lake while the nearby town of Lake Geneva offers a historical main street with more shops than you can imagine and the Riviera Boat House where paddle boats depart from for regular tours.

**Please note that upon confirmation of you reservation, you will be required to sign a separate rental agreement. You will be required to follow the rules of the house as well as the rules of Abbey Springs.

What is Abbey Springs?
- Abbey Springs is a gated resort community with shared amenities. The homes surround the Award-winning 18-hole golf course; other amenities, such as the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, fitness center, restaurants, marina, private beach access, and game room are all accessible with the included golf cart.

Are pets allowed?
- No. Because we have a lot of hardwood floors and carpets, pets are not allowed.

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Late check-out?
- We cannot guarantee an late check-out, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
