We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable property. The Xmas decorations were a lovely touch! Although it was too cold to use the pool it looked great, and we did use the hot tub several times after long days of sightseeing. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots and pans and quality items. Bathrooms were lovely and towels, both bath and pool towels, were plentiful. Beds were super comfy with quality linens and everything was lovely and clean. The owners were super helpful when we needed a late check-out due to an evening flight... thank you :) Highly recommend this property!

This property was as described and could use a few minor upgrades, but overall, I would rate it a 10/10 and would definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful, even though I booked the night before for a short stay. They did their best to accommodate me. Thank you again for opening your home to us

The home was older but super clean, fresh, and fully furnished. We especially appreciated that there was a full supply of everything you needed in the kitchen. Nice coffee pot, and coffee supplies to enjoy. We loved the hot tub, the extra pool towels, the extra thriw blankets to snuggle with and the beds were comfortable. The ceiling fans made the rooms comfortable. Over all, I have no complaints about this property. We accidentally forgot to lock the door several times...no issues when we came back. We had a few of our grown children and long time family friends with us as we went to a TCU tail gate. If you want a "family " friendly place, stay here!

Spacious, clean home with awesome pool

The home was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished/decorated. The bedrooms were a really nice size and the kids LOVED the pool. The only slight negative was the immediate neighbors. We had no issues with the neighbors just the outside of the home was very unkept, nothing the host can do about that. I appreciated being able to park in the garage. Overall we loved the property and plan to rent it again the next time we visit family.

Met our needs

This home was clean and met our needs. I was a little disappointed in the lack of cooking supplies. There were several tripping hazards in and out of the house, which were very dangerous for my family as 3 adults were over 70.

Nice but a little pricey for neighborhood

The inside of the house and backyard were exactly as it appeared on listing. Comfortable beds, very clean, master suite on one side of living/kitchen/dining and other two bedrooms/bathroom on opposite side. Alarm was going off when we arrived but was able to get it to stop pretty quickly. Nice to be able to park in garage and come and go from there. The neighborhood is pretty run down and house next door was a little sketchy. Just know that when you book and compare to other homes at same price point.

A great stay in the middle of the DFW area

This place is great, when we first pulled in wasn't too sure about the neighborhood, there were a couple of older homes that are being renovated. Wasn't sure if there was going to be any nose. Our concerns were placed to rest after first night. This is our first VRBO rental that has a garage that is fully functional and you can park in with a garage opener. This was an added bonus. The house itself is very nice, the amenities are very good. We did not add on the pool option, just due to the weather and the timing of our visit. The newly added hot tub was a fresh surprise. We used it nightly after we retuned to the house. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is nice and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated and are very nice. Overall a great stay. Would definitely stay here again if the occasion presented itself. The host are great, easy check in and check out and are very responsive if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place if you have business in the area. The neighbors cat is very friendly too, if you are into animals. :)

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This home is in a quiet cul de sac but very close to 35W and close to downtown Fort Worth and NASCAR Motor Speedway. Tons of shopping nearby and great restaurants. Our home has a wonderful backyard with a covered patio and fenced pool with hot tub. We provide chess and checkers table and Pac-Man arcade in the game room for added fun! Kitchen is fully stocked along with a charcoal grill in backyard. The garage is available to park your car along with the driveway. My hope is that you truly love your stay!
