"Charlie's on the North Channel" Beautiful Home

Modern design, spacious for the whole family! Come by boat or car. Always beautiful scenery of the North Channel from either deck.
The kitchen is ready for any chef's needs! The entire home is comfortable and welcoming. There is a deck off the master bedroom and a spiral staircase to the lower level from the outside. The dock is 400 feet long and has 110 electricity for up to 3 boats and multiple water toys on either side.

Each bedroom is designed to make your stay wonderful! Nothing was overlooked, and all the beds are super comfy, have soft pillows for a great night's sleep, and all room darkening window treatments.
Wake up and enjoy the outside beauty of being on the water.
The house has a generator, so there are no interruptions during your stay.

You have the entire home except for the bonus room upstairs and both garages.

This a wonderful family area. There are excellent restaurants, grocery stores, small boutiques, hair salons, and liquor stores all close by. There is also a park that offers fantastic concerts (a variety of music) in the summertime. Great area for the kids to play and run around. They also have a little wet-water park for the kiddies to cool off. There are public restrooms, and dogs are welcome if on a leash.
The police station and fire department are minutes away.

Off-limits to guests are the bonus room upstairs and both garages.
A bonus room is upstairs but off-limit and locked to guests.

Garbage: Cans must be taken down Thursday evening for garbage pick-up. If not, there will be an extra 50.00 per can.

Pets: One dog under 50 lbs. The dog must always be housebroken, well-behaved, on a leash, and not alone. Dog waste must be picked up daily. A bucket and scooper are provided. At the end of your stay, please throw your dog waste bag/tie from the bucket in the outside trash can.

Boats: We are not responsible for any damage. You must provide your lines and fenders.
