Waterfront apartment overlooking the gorgeous intracoastal, sleeps up to 12!

Relax and unwind at this newly renovated "mid-century modern meets beachy boho chic" waterfront property. Units 1 and 2 are combined through an internal door to give guests 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens on the intracoastal, 2 blocks from beach access on Indian Rocks Beach. Gorgeous terrazzo floors, freshly painted (inside and outside), beautifully curated furniture, & a family friendly neighborhood all makes for the perfect beach vacation with a large family or group of friends.


We are happy to help with any questions or needs that you may have. We usually respond within 15 minutes. Madison, our property manager lives close by in case of emergency.

This family friendly neighborhood features old Florida beach charm directly on the intercoastal. Just a short 5 minute walk (2 blocks) to beach front access, you will see people walking their dogs, riding bikes, running, and going to sunset walks. Lots of mom-and-pop style restaurants and shops within walking distance! Watch the sunrise in your backyard and the sunset at the beach!

Parking is available for up to 4 cars (a 3rd and 4th car can park directly behind the first 2 cars if needed). Guests have access to the BBQ in the backyard and the dock for fishing. Boats can be tied up with bumpers to the dock. Hop on the paddle boards for a trip on the intracoastal.

The waterfront home is the combination of 2 units on the first floor of a 4 unit building on the intracoastal, 2 blocks from the beach. It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 fully stocked kitchens, TVs with YouTube TV/Roku, strong WiFi, and plenty of beautiful sunshine! Have your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise in the backyard and watch the dolphins and manatees swim by, or take our paddle boards out for a ride on the open water! Welcome to bring your boat!

Parking available on site. You may also want to explore by walking or bike riding or paddle boarding on the intracoastal. Uber is very common.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels & umbrellas, paddle boards, and beach buggies to get your stuff to the beach- just a short 2 minute walk away. Feel free use the BBQ in the backyard and take our paddle boards for a ride on the intracoastal.
