Studio / 1 Full Bathroom located right at the base of the resort! Just steps away from the lift. The condo has just what you need for a trip to the ski area. The bathroom features a tub shower combo. The kitchenette features a small stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and mini refrigerator/freezer. There is a king bed and a king murphy bed.

A shared hot tub, pool and gym are located in the building.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved staying here. We loved being close to the slopes so we could walk out and watch the grandkids take off! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of the day too! We highly recommend this accommodation! It was clean and comfortable too!

This was a great place to stay. The price is right and it had everything we need. It was close to everywhere we wanted to be.

LOCATION!!

IF you are looking for a budget friendly way to ski/ride Crested Butte Mountain Resort, this is the way to do it! One block from the lifts and a micro kitchen so you don't need to all of your meals out. Added bonus, its dog friendly, so your best friend can come along with you!

Good Location

Nice clean and convenient. This particular property didn't have a view but I'm ok with that because it reflected in the price. Make sure you are good with Dogs because it's a pet friendly place. My wife and I have stayed here several times in the past, it's nice for a couple.

Great location at CB Mountain base

Everything was as pictured and described. Very spacious room, pool and hot tub were nice. There is a murphy bed in the room which we didn't use... so no room for a couch. Only complaint is that there is a dumpster right outside the window (no view) and the garbage truck came at 6:30 AM to empty it (and we had the window open). Otherwise we had a great stay here.

The unit was in a great location! Furnishings were nice, space was clean, and there were lots of little extras in the kitchenette and bathroom that were helpful! The check in instructions were the only downside. Granted I didn’t see or sign the waiver til the afternoon of checking in, so perhaps more would have come through later but the instructions told us to go to the front desk to obtain our code and parking pass. There was no front desk, so we went to the leasing office (building seems like it was once a hotel that now has privately owned units). They had no idea of what code to give me or the parking pass for the unit. However the host was quickly responsive to help us get a code and the leasing office agent gave us a parking pass anyway. The Murphy bed was so cool - far easier and more comfortable than a pull out couch!!

Nice inside but noisy outside window

Nice inside but AC/Heating unit right outside window along with Trash and laundry below our window. Very noisy at night and early morning. Had to open window since too hot for us. No communication from host or reservation company about issues found in unit or request to get clothes back I left in closet. Location great for hiking and shuttle to town. Limited refrigerator and cooking available

check your parking pass dates

They wrote the wrong parking date on our pass. I got two nasty large stickers on my drivers side window, saying they were going to tow me, that blocked my view. Needed to scrape them off with a razer blade. It was a lot of work. You do not want go get a sticker on your window. Check the dates on the parking pass.

Everything was very clean and nice. The check in process was a little vague we had the room code but not the entry and the parking information but Kristin the property manager returned our text in a timely manner.
