This sunny, single-level vacation rental features an open floor plan with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter seating, and a cozy breakfast nook. Enjoy more formal affairs in the adjacent dining area, or head outside, fire up the built-in gas grill, and dine alfresco on your covered patio. Back indoors, gather for movie nights in the living area with matching home theater-style seating and a TV. An in-home office offers a desk and chair and a quiet space for catching up on emails or addressing a little extra work while you're away.

Out back on the lanai, enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. You'll also find a lounge area perfect for socializing or evening cocktails.

Golf and social memberships can be transferred to guests for an additional fee.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests need to call Vacasa to indicate if they want the social membership, golf membership, or both.
This vacation rental requires completing an application with sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
