Nuestro condominio con vista al mar bellamente actualizado está ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad y si no lo sabía ya; Emerald Isle acaba de ser votada como la playa número 1 en Carolina del Norte por una encuesta de los Estados Unidos.
"Sound of the Sea" es una comunidad cerrada con muchas comodidades. Nuestra espaciosa unidad familiar está a solo unos pasos de la playa. Puede elegir entre nuestras dos piscinas, canchas de tenis o dar un paseo a pie / en bicicleta en el nuevo carril bici de 11 millas justo fuera de la puerta. Seas the Day has a great location in Emerald Isle. The property owner and manager had excellent communication. The condo is nice, but could use a little updating in the bathrooms and kitchen. It's a great spot for a couple adults, with awesome views and easy beach access.

We really enjoyed our first vacation in Emerald Isle! The Seas the Day unit was comfortably and tastefully furnished and decorated, and equipped with necessary items. The location of the property, being a short walk to the beach and having two pools, was wonderful! We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from both the upper and lower decks - the weather all week was just perfect!

Another great stay!

This is our 3rd time staying here for Mothers Day weekend and we plan to continue staying here for many more years to come! Margie is great at communicating with guests, the location is perfect, and the home is always fresh and clean.

Good times at the Crystal Coast

Second time staying at "Seas the Day" and it was great. Clean as a whistle, excellent location and a good view of the water. Easy access to bike paths, eaterys and entertainment. Communication was top notch even listing places to eat and events going on while were there.

Sound of the Sea

Quiet, friendly, and conveniently located. The pictures on the listing are great, but do not do the condo justice. My family of 4 had MORE than enough to room to stretch out and enjoy our time there. Great living space, two pools, AND you are provided a large shed type area to store all of your beach stuff. That was a pleasant amenity previous stays at other condos did not offer; and it is right below the condo itself. With my wife being from the area of EI, and me having lived there for almost a decade, we had heard of the Sound of the Sea complex and it did not disappoint. Find out for yourself!! We will be returning.

Family trip

Everything about this property was exactly what we had hoped it would be. We had been to sound of the seas in various units and this may have been the best. The view of the ocean from the deck and proximity to the pools was great for our family. It was a short walk to the beach and our kids enjoyed playing pickleball on the tennis courts and basketball. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Communication and entry to the condo was great and the location to shops and restaurants was perfect. The only thing we noted was that this would not be do-able if we had older members of our family with us. There were a lot of stairs up to the condo and the spiral staircase would not be manageable to get to the bedrooms, but for our family, it was no problem at all. We had a great stay and hope to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at this condo/townhouse - we had stayed in the same complex previously and this was an upgrade for us. The Property Manager was amazing - when we had an issue, he came by with shark teeth for the kids. Place was clean, sheets were nice, and the master bed is enormous. Only piece of advice is to pack in duffel bags rather than suitcases, it's easier to get stuff up and down the (awesome) staircase. I would highly recommend this place, even to picky travelers.

Fun, beachy villa

We had an amazing time in Emerald Isle! The villa was beautifully decorated with a very fun beachy decor. The views of the ocean were awesome! We loved spending time on the decks with a constant breeze to keep you cool. Loved the short walk to the beach. Brian, property manager, was very helpful and friendly. This was our 1st time to Emerald Islw and we definitely plan to come back. We’d love to stay in this villa again!

We had such an amazing stay at Seas The Day! There is really only positive things to say! Communication was smooth, easy check-in/out. We keep coming back

We love Margie's place and have continued to come back every year. It's a great location- very short walk to the water and quick bike ride or walk to lots of other things. We love how close it is to the bike path- easy to get there with kiddos in tow. Margie's place is clean and comfortable. She is very responsive via vrbo message or text, so if you need something, you won't have to worry. She let us stay a little later this year for check out because we were later getting there than planned, so kind of her! We plan to come back for years to come, and you should come visit Seas the Day, too!

Great place to stay!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as great as our first visit. The host is very attentive, the home is beautiful, comfortable beds, and the location couldn’t be better. Our son is already asking when we can book again for his birthday next year. We will definitely be back again!

Fantastic!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a quick Spring Break getaway. First, Brian, the property manager was great! He communicated all the details from checkin to checkout. Extremely friendly and very responsive. The unit is in a gated area. It was quiet and safe. The pools were not open in early April but the seemed to have convenient access. The view was awesome from both balconies. It was well stocked and we had plenty of room for our family to stretch out and not be under each other. The spiral staircase was a favorite of our teenagers. The location was very convenient to all things Emerald Isle. We would definitely go back again.

Seas the day

Part of the luxury of vrbo is a keyless, hassle free entrance. Here, I had to be in text or talk communication with property manager to the point had. To pinpoint our arrival within 30 minutes so he could 'let us in'. I have never had an experience like this before using vrbo. Once there, we were given a physical key and a personal welcome along with extra conversation that although he was friendly, not what i bargained for. Not to mention, if I was alone without my husband I would have found the encounter entirely inappropriate. Finally, inside the unit there were no instructions that we could find how to leave the place until.........a text from the property manager around 7pm the night of our last stay! Here he details where to leave linens etc. I would much prefer written instructions left out in plain sight in unit and no calls. Finally, cleanliness was subpar. I was too generous on my rating. Fridge/freezer not wiped down well. The freezer stank like fish, and the bedspreads look like they hadnt been washed in a long while. The blue one in the master looked filthy. Pets arent allowed but looked like pet hair to me? I feel this owner/property manager need to update and get a combination locking system, give written insteuctions, leave a personal escort out of the visit and certainly dont expect your guests to be beholden to keep in touch within half hour arrival time! Secondly, step up your cleanliness. It looks like hardly anything done between guests. come on!

Nice place and responsive host

We had a nice stay in this very clean and well appointed condo with ocean views. The host, Margie, and her local property manager, Brian, were very helpful and responsive with check in/out and any questions. There is a lot of great info in the condo relative to dining and activity in the area. Only “negative” is that the spiral staircase is difficult to navigate with luggage. However, once upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious and the master has lovely views of the ocean. Thank you for the “special” touches as well.

Fantastic Week!

Loved everything about this property! Brian, the property manager, was terrific, had great communication, and made our stay perfect. The property was on the 2nd and 3rd level of the building, overlooking the pool and the ocean. There were fireworks nearly every night, groceries, restaurants, shopping, putt putt, and go carts all within easy walking distance! Loved our trip and will definitely be coming back!

Emerald Isle is a beautiful, quiet, family-friendly location. Our condo is in the heart of the action. You can park your car and walk to many of the town's attractions or stay in our complex and enjoy the conveniences of the beach, tennis or one of the 2 pools.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You are within walking distance of Emerald Isle shopping, putt-putt golf, and a myriad of ice cream shops and restaurants. The 11 mile bike path that is right outside our gated Sound of the Sea community. You can bring your own bike and lock it at the bike rack at the foot of the stairs or rent one from one of the local bike shops. Some will even deliver to you.
