The front office staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I received numerous emails and phone calls, which felt harassing, due to their lack of transparency regarding our itinerary. We were also forced to pay a garage fee that was never mentioned when we booked the condo. The listing says 3 bedrooms but in fact it was 2 bedrooms and a big closet with a futon bed in it. lAdditionally, the condo itself had several issues: broken cookware, a non-working TV, and hand soaps that were diluted with water.We had a great time with family, but I would not recommend this place to anybody!

Great vacation spot. Condo was very accommodating for our family of five and our dog. Phil was great and fast with communication. Pool was fantastic. Views were great and we hated to leave.

Kids had a blast sleeping in the bunk beds, playing in the pool and going down to the beach. Restaurants close by. Very nice place

Breathtaking views and responsive host

Our family had a fantastic time! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, provided towels/linens and washer/dryer. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids (10 and 14). The views (and the sound of the water) from the balcony could not be beat. Phil was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions. If we are back in the area, we will be sure to stay again!

Great spot!

There was more here than expected… fully stocked, and it seemed travelers left behind little gifts here and there, so we added a souvenir cup!The view was incredible, master bed was super comfy! The tv was a tiny bit complicated, but once it was figured out is was simple! The views of the sunrise and sunset from the really large patio/balcony were INCREDIBLE!We’re definitely returning, and Phil was a pleasure!We plan to enjoy all of the onsite amenities on our next stay!

Wonderful stay!

The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The complex had a beautiful pool and beach area with amazing sunset views. We will be back!

Great stay

We love the location. Great place for pets. A bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Floors needed to be cleaned, furniture and appliances need to be updated. Refrigerator leaked water on the inside. Stove did not work too well. Cookware needs replaced. If only staying a few days it’s no but deal but a family staying for a week makes it’s difficult. I purchased a mop and cleaned the floors but bedroom carpet was dirty. Beds sleep good. I still recommend staying here. Price is fair.

Last trip before college

My son is going to Georgia Tech on a scholarship and his best friend Josh is going to Alabama on scholarship. Both of them have worked real hard. Our last trip before their next phase of their life would highly recommend this place.

Great location

Great location directly on the beach which we loved! Communication with manager was perfect he always answered my questions and concerns right away. Although I believe the condo could use some updates it was a great vacation.

All the Amenities

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were worried about going to the beach when the weather was cooler but the property has a heated pool and a jacuzzi pool that was super nice. Our 5 year old did not want to leave. Phil was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. The unit had all of the amenities we needed. We were even happy to find swimmies as we left our daughters at home. Looking forward to future stays.

This condo was perfect for our family and was very clean with extra little amenities provided for extra convenience! Great communication with east to follow instructions for a smooth check in and departure. Perfect location! We love the Grand Panama and will be back soon!!

The whole stay was excellent. The condo was clean and comfortable… it made us feel at home. Parking was convenient and FREE! The pool/outdoor area was amazing. The host was kind, helpful and attentive. The area is gorgeous, and there are many places at a walkable distance/short drive. I would definitely recommend, and I hope to return in the future.

Excellent view of the beach

We saw a school of stingrays every day swimming at the beach from the balcony. We even saw an eagle fly by at our level. It was truly amazing. The condo was very cozy and quiet. Felt like we were the only ones there. And Phil left us easy to follow instructions. We had a wonderful experience. Thanks Phil!

Perfection on the Beach

We've visited the Panama City area before and typically did the Hotel thing, but this time since we were traveling with another couple, we decided to go with a VRBO. Found this one in my search and made the reservation conveniently enough and timely communications with the owner made check-in very easy. Once inside we found the property to be very clean and exactly as described, maybe even better. well-stocked kitchen made meals simple and clean up quick. Beds were comfortable and all furnishings were better than most. The outside balcony was nothing short of incredible providing great views with room for the four of us including a dance floor if needed. If we return to the area I'll definitely try to stay here.
