Escape to our welcoming country home, a peaceful retreat where comfort meets charm. My family and I cherished living here for over 10 years and love the quiet, scenic setting.

This home features a king bed, queen bed, and two extra twin beds, comfortably accommodating families or groups. Relax in the serene backyard with a fruit-bearing orange tree, and help yourself to fresh oranges when in season.

For electric vehicle owners, enjoy the convenience of a 40-amp Level 2 EV charger included with your stay. Nature lovers will enjoy the occasional visit from friendly cows grazing along the back fence. This is a delightful touch of rural life just outside of Ocala, Florida.

Whether you’re here for a relaxing getaway or exploring the area, this home offers peace, quiet, comfort, and a true country escape.

Nice place to stay

It was convenient location, to visit with my family that lives there and the attraction and museum, only issue the beds are a little low without bedframes because I have bad knees but everything else was ok

Amazing

Nice. Quiet. Cozy. Me and my wife came down for our anniversary. It was a nice get away. My wife absolutely loved the shower.. would deffinatly recomend.

Worked for us

Our stay was pleasant, the house was comfortable. The grounds were rough (probably the time of year) some people don’t clean up after their dogs. The orange tree was nice, hard to get at (big tree fell down in front of it) but tasty orange. The shower was good as was the king bed, very comfortable. The neighborhood was a bit run down but we didn’t feel unsafe. So if you’re looking for a 5 star home keep looking, but if you just want a good price and a comfortable place this works well.

Nice spot

This was a cozy spot for My husband, mother and I to be close to our family for thanksgiving. We were right down the road from them so it made it easy to go back and forth. We also had my dog with us so it made it a breeze. Kitchen had what I needed to make a side and a nice size fridge. Will stay here again.

Cute getaway

The home was exactly what we needed for the long weekend stay. All of the essentials were included. The neighborhood is quiet and not too far from restaurants and stores. The EV charger got my truck topped off for the ride back home. Would recommend

Property Not as Advertised - Host Refusing Any Refund

Arrived early. Person coming out said almost ready but A/C was not working. I I said I would go to the store and return later. Host messaged place was ready. I returned and entered to check it out before unloading. Saw a monitor with security views of the outside and noticed bars on neighbor doors. A/C still not working - auto fan on but unit not running, not cooling. Also noticed a few odors. Exited without disturbing anything and informed host I was uncomfortable and did not feel it was safe for a 62 year old woman traveling alone and i was not going to check in. Also told him about A/C not working and cigarette smell. Safety was my main concern but there are many other items to address. Mattresses on the floor not on bed frames, more than one building on the property when pictures shows only the one house, urine smell as well. I tried to be diplomatic when I spoke to the owner about my safety concerns, not mentioning the other items and he said he would consider a refund. Did not hear from owner so I messaged him again to ask if he would at least meet in the middle but he is refusing to give anything back and said I was making false statements. Claimed I arrived before the place was clean. As stated, I did arrive early but did not enter the building until later when they said it was ready. Please be careful booking here. I escaped Hurricane Milton and was coming from a VRBO that was exactly as described. This one is a NO

Perfect little house!

We’ve stayed here twice now when we come down to visit family! The house is always very clean & tidy! Seamless check in & host leaves extra towels, wash clothes, blankets, garbage bags, toothbrushes, & even slippers! The house is in a quiet location. Definatley would recommend!

Excellent.

Host was extremely accommodating with our requests for extra help. He responded immediately, usually within 15 minutes, to each request. This location was perfect for us as we attended a Celebration of Life service for a dear friend. I would highly recommend this host and any of his properties.

Super Host, Great Location

We had a fantastic stay at Nathan”s place! The house was clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and our dogs loved. Nathan was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was our first experience using Vrbo and I can say It was a Super cool experience. Thank you Nathan.

wedding in Ocala

This house worked for us. Our daughters wedding venue was right around the corner. Some people may not like that the property is on a graded road. This is common in Ocala. The road was well maintain and well marked. Property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to the venue and tourist attractions nearby.

Silver Springs Vacation

The property was very clean and overall our stay went very smooth. Beds were comfortable. We had a very nice shower. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our Silver Springs trip

This place was perfect for our Silver Springs trip. The house is a little older but is very well kept and the owners had it stocked with plentiful fluffy towels, some snacks and coffee, even little slippers and extra toothbrushes. They really went the extra mile with the little touches and attention to detail. When we couldn't figure out the EV charging the host responded right away and helped us figure it out so we could charge our Tesla. Then in the morning it was just a ten minute drive to Silver Springs where we saw manatees, alligators, and even a monkey! It was a wonderful trip!

Aloha! I'm your host Nathan, my 2 favorite states are Hawaii and Florida. I grew up in Hawaii and moved to Florida about 18 years ago. My family and I really love the Ocala, Florida area as it is not too busy yet also very beautiful.

My family and I lived in this home for over 10 years and we really love the area. This is a very quiet location in a country setting. The home has both king and queen size beds with 2 extra twin beds as well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

40 amp, level 2 car charger is on site and this is included in the price of the rental. There is an orange tree in the backyard, please help yourself if the oranges are in season. Sometimes there are cows visiting along back fence line, don't worry they are friendly.
