Great location

This was a really great location and felt very secure. Comfortable space, everything is very well labeled. The space was clean and had common areas for everyone to spend time. Great heating system and entertainment options. Would gladly book again!

The unit was very clean and comfortable, we had plenty of room to sleep with the four bedrooms. The building is very close to the Reading terminal market and several fun downtown establishments, which we took advantage of. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the entertainment area was fun to hang out in. We parked in the parking lot next-door overnight which worked out great.

Convenient location, but somewhat dismal

The pros: - The location is very convenient to the Old City and Reading Terminal Market, and lots of restaurants in Chinatown. - The owner was very responsive and helpful. - There’s plenty of space. The cons: - No elevator — and 53 stairs. - Very little natural light. It’s a long narrow apartment with a couple of windows at each end (looking out on a narrow shaft). The living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and one bedroom have no windows, and the electric lights are kind of gloomy. - The apartment feels a little rickety in places — the mirror broken off in the bathroom, closet doors that don’t close, loose tiles, etc.

Family trip to convention

The apartment was as pictured and described, well-appointed and decorated for the most part. Host was responsive and quick to handle concerns. When we arrived we realized the apartment had no oven but the host delivered a portable air fryer for us to use. Location was close to the convention center and walking distance from most sights, especially Reading Terminal Market. Neighborhood itself was less desirable than expected - there was a homeless man sleeping outside the building when we arrived. Entry required entering 4 different codes to get through doors/entryways. Building hallways and stairs had a bit of the odor from neighboring restaurants but once inside the apartment that dissipated. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was cleaned well.

As good as it gets.

Very very comfortable spot for a small group. Had what we needed and was very convenient. Great alternative to a hotel and Yancy was the most responsive I have ever seen. This spot helped in our epic weekend!
