Our Furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment in Cobble Hill, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Brooklyn, is walking distance from everything you will need on a visit to NYC - quaint Brooklyn streets with fantastic shopping and restaurants, only 2 blocks to the subway with a 10 minute ride to Manhattan, walking distance to the Brooklyn Bridge, Dumbo, and to the new Brooklyn Bridge Park with amazing views of Manhattan, and during the summer months you can even walk to the ferry to Governor's Island. Have your morning coffee in our back yard or partake in the well known Brooklyn past time of sitting on the front stoop enjoying the weather. This is a neighborhood where we say hello to our neighbors and there is an elementary school across the street. It truly is right out of a movie.
Our apartment is in the garden level of our brownstone - built in 1863 - and has been recently renovated. It's large, clean, and bright with a private entrance. Apartment has: 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with apple tv, fully stocked kitchen, and 1 full bathroom. Plus access to our beautiful back garden.
Great for anyone working from home! All linens and towels provided.
Things to note:
- Long term rentals are encouraged!
- Unfortunately we cannot allow pets.
- Note that garden is shared with family living in apartment above you.

Our home is on a quintessential tree lined block across the street from an elementary school (so we get lots of light). We renovated this apartment at the end of 2022 so it's incredibly clean, new and cozy. Perfect for anyone needing to stay in NY for work or for anyone transitioning from one home to another! All utilities are included in the price.
