Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our visit to Avon Lake. We were within quick driving distance to everything we needed: family, good food and baseball. The house was perfect for my family of 4 and the host made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy as well. We would love to stay again on another visit!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend get away. It was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Coffee was stocked. The washer and drier was an added bonus. Management checked in throughout the weekend and had very quick responses.

This is a charming house with plenty of space for 5 adults. We had our dog with us so the fenced yard was really great. The host was very accommodating and helpful before & during the stay. I arrived a few hours early and they were kind enough to let us in early. Many local businesses were within walking distance. Great place to stay.

Enjoyed the stay, Easy in and out. House was very clean and stocked with coffee and refreshments. Great stay, will stay again when in town.

The listing matched well with the actual place and the house was very clean, with plenty of linens. Good floor plan for a comfortable stay, including office space which was very helpful in our stay. Lots of natural light throughout and a backyard for being outside. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The host is timely in communication, accessible for questions.

House is very tastefully decorated inside and out. Unusual amount of kitchen and bathroom items welcome our arrival. We had no complaints at all except no safety bars in tub or shower room. Homeowner was very respectful and answered any of our requests or concerns.

Beautiful location, Awesome host!

My daughter and I stayed here for a little get-away. The area is absolutely beautiful, the house is too. The host is very accommodating and goes out of his way. I would definitely stay again!

Easy Stay

The property was neat and clean. Little extras made the house very pleasant. The location was great, too. Close to essentials and near Lake Erie Beaches. We had a great time!

Lovely

We stayed 3 nights and found the home provided everything we needed: nicely renovated and decorated, comfortable beds, responsive host, good showers. We were visiting family so spent little time in the home but even if we spent more time there the supplies were plentiful.

Quaint little home on a quiet area

This property was perfect for our vacation. Cozy, and quiet. Fenced in so our pups were safe and were able to run and play. Property manager was very reachable as we had a few minor issues and he dealt with them immediately. We have family in the area and will come quite often and would stay here again if available.

Wonderful home & helpful owner

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was perfect for our trip to Ohio for Thanksgiving. Conveniently located by I-90 & Avon shops & restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed, the wi-fi & TVs worked great & our dogs enjoyed the backyard. The morning of packing-up, we had a flat. The owner was very understanding & helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Cute Cottage

Great set up, great place to stay, great placde to bring your dogs. Ours loved the fenced in back yard. This house is in the older section of Avon Lake and was once part of the beach cottages used by beach goers. Still maintains its cottage feel with arched doorways and hardwood floors in the master suite. The main floor has had some really nice updates, especially in the kitchen. We will definitely book this house for the next time we are in Avon Lake!

Avon Lake OH ranch house

It was very clean and supplied well. Unfortunately, the back yard lawn had lawn rust which disclored our sjoes and our dog"s paws to an orange color. Therefore, we did not use yhe fenced in back yard for our dog. We took her to the Lake House park 3x per day.

I visited Cleveland for a wedding this weekend. I was very happy with our stay at Michael’s property in Avon Lake. The overall impression of the home and its condition was excellent. It was super clean comfortable and located perfectly for all the events we attended while visiting. The beds were comfortable, the air worked good and the complimentary pop and water were appreciated. I also was pleased with the communication from Michael. It was timely before arriving and entry information was very easy. Michael also checked by email after we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. Which it was ! On a side note upon arrival there was a gentlemen next door doing some landscaping. He is the neighbor to Michael’s property and takes care of several of the lawns and landscaping He spoke very highly of Michael and the care he takes with the home. It showed during our stay. Overall an excellent stay in a clean comfortable well cared for home.

Great place to stay!

This house was perfect for my family. We visit in-laws nearby and would stay here again. Older house that was recently upgraded. Looks nice. And was comfortable. The floor wasn't perfectly clean, but I doubt I would have noticed if I wasn't crawling around on the floor with my daughter. The owner was very responsive and said the previous renters were messy. He came over to replace the living room rug, which was really nice. TV and wifi worked great. Kitchen checks all boxes for a home away from home. We were really happy with our stay.

Added costs

The house is fine, a little bit dingy and dark in some rooms but not too bad. Beware of costs for “additional guests” was charged extra on the day of check in for additional guests despite that they were young children and it wasn’t very well explained/noted when I went to book. It was a mix up but I was pretty frustrated with the lack of transparency about it up front. This place was fine enough but don’t think it was really worth the price for how much it was. Provided some water, k cups, and other beverages that was nice and check out process was minimal.
