Firefly Mountain Suites is a private, beautifully decorated lodge for only your group and sleeps up to 36 people! With six separate one bedroom condos, you have privacy to relax. Shared spaces like the lounge allow you to socialize as much as you like. It's simply the best way to vacation with friends or family! The amenities are unrivaled and include one of the largest private indoor heated pools in the Smokies and 7-person hot tub. The arcade and lounge area are fantastic!

Each of the six cozy suites is decorated to make you feel like you've stepped into your favorite design magazine. You'll enjoy a queen-sized bed with bunk beds in each bedroom, plus a full-sized sleeper sofa (in the living room) in all of the units, which will accommodate a party of six people each, as well as a private bathroom with access through the bedroom. Each fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted to meet all of your cooking needs, with a washer and dryer in every unit so you can pack lightly. Cozy seating areas, like your private balcony and the spacious backyard with firepits, allow you to relax or spend time catching up with old friends!

This property will astound you with all the fun amenities and keep everyone entertained for hours on end. It has a huge, 37 foot heated indoor pool that stays heated to about 85 degrees. The game room boasts the four-person "Harpoon Lagoon," which is rarely seen in a private property. There is also a brand new multicade with 412 games and a new two-person "Big Buck Hunter Reloaded" shooting game, plus skeeball and a two-player basketball shoot-out game. In the lounge area, you'll find a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, bistro seating, and a pool table. Dine together in our newly added dining room that has seating for at least 24 guests.

The large outdoor space offers three gas firepit areas with seating, corn hole, a bocce ball court, and a playground area for children that includes a climbing wall, slide, swings, and playhouse. The hot tub is located under a pergola where you can see the outdoors come to life, beneath the string lights, that make the area feel magical at night.

The entire property is available for the exclusive use of your party.

Located 15 minutes from Dollywood, you're close enough to all the action but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Our property is located near what used to be Dolly Parton's father's farm. The home that her father lived in later in life is just at the bottom of the hill. We pay tribute to Dolly in our party room with the piece of art that was commissioned. We are nestled conveniently between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg about 17 minutes from the Parkway and 20 minutes from the Gatlinburg strip.

From Birds Creek Rd, turn onto Catons Chapel Rd. There are two routes that lead to the lodge. The best option is to actually pass Dollys Drive and turn right on Rogers Way (about .6 miles past Dollys Dr.) into the “For By Grace” subdivision. Continue following Rogers Way, taking a right at the split, until you arrive at the top of the hill. The road continues to the left (going straight at the hilltop is actually a shared driveway) for a short distance until you see a sign to turn right onto Dollys Drive. The lodge is immediately to your right.

Note: Navigational systems might not be updated to show that Rogers Way and Dollys Drive connect, as this is a new development.

There is parking for at least 12-15 vehicles in the two parking lots. While the parking area is spacious, we don’t recommend tour buses or large RVs (15 passenger vans and short buses are okay). The road up the mountain to the lodge can be challenging for these longer vehicles/trailers, as some turns can be tight and there are areas that are steeper as you approach the property. Four wheel drive vehicles are recommended during winter visits for potential snow or icy conditions.

**If you are a smaller group and not planning to use all the suites, please let me know in advance and we can discount the cleaning fee.

There is no stove or oven in the lounge (there are stoves/ovens in each of the suites). However, there is an XL 10-in-1 countertop toaster oven that fits two 16" pizzas and allows you to bake, air fry, toast, slow cook, dehydrate, broil, roast, warm, pizza, and turbo convection.

Due to new safety regulations in Sevierville, enforced by the Sevier County Fire Marshall, the garage doors in the pool room are no longer able to be opened to ensure pool safety.

The home is equipped with Smart TVs for you to utilize your own login accounts.
* The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent this lodge.
* May have a maximum of 36 registered guests at the standard nightly rate.
* No unregistered guests.
* * No smoking or vaping indoors or near open windows or doors. If smoking
outside, cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on the
ground. Absolutely no marijuana on the premises. A $250 fee will be charged if
there is evidence of smoking inside. Please, please just don’t.
* No pets of any kind allowed except for service dogs. Per AirBnb/Vrbo rules,
service dogs are not to be left unattended in the lodge at any time and any damage
caused by the animal will be charged back to the guest. Service animals are not
allowed on furniture and excess cleaning charges will apply.
* No parties unless pre-approved by owners.
* Follow all posted pool rules, and use the hot tub and responsibly.
* All children/teenagers must be supervised. Absolutely no children are allowed in
the pool area or in the hot tub without close adult supervision. Any damages will be
charged back to the guest.
* No glass in or by the hot tub and pool.
* No drinks on the pool table or arcade games. Use the arcade as intended and do
not climb on the games or throw balls around the room.
* Keep all pool access doors closed and locked when not in use for safety purposes
and humidity control. This includes the interior lounge, dining room, and bathroom
doors.
* Do not attempt to change settings/temperature of the pool room, water, or
exhaust vent fan.
* Turn off lights and close outside doors when not using. Lock up when leaving.
* Interior fireplaces are electric. Exterior fire pits and grills are propane gas. Do not
throw anything in them and do not walk, climb, or jump on the fire pits.
* Return any dishes or items taken from the suites to their original location.
* No fires outside of the grills or fire pits. Candles are not permitted.
* No illegal drugs. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
* No guns or weapons are allowed in the home, nor any shooting on the property.
* Do not rearrange any furniture. Keep the property and furnishings in good order
and only use appliances for their intended use. This includes the decor in the suites.
* No food or drink in the bedrooms, pool, or hot tub.
* Keep all trash in the bear-proof trash containers and ensure the lids/doors are
closed and latched. There are bears here!
* Do not flush sanitary products other than toilet paper down the toilets.
* Do NOT remove moss from the hillside.
* Please report all damage immediately. Accidents happen and some items may be
covered by warranty if reported quickly. Charges may still be applicable.
* Follow all check-in and check-out procedures.
*We do not allow any confetti or glitter in the house! There will be an automatic
excess cleaning fee charged for this violation.
