Very nice apartment

Great location, apartment is as described,beautiful balcony view, check-in was a breeze, sparkling clean,fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Jeremy is a wonderful host!!!! Any questions we had, were answered right away. Everything you need for the perfect vacation, we can’t wait to come back!

Great property and great location

The property was great. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there. Jeremy answered all of our questions and responded quickly. The property was clean and functional. It was in a great location. Could see both the ocean and intercoastal from the balcony. We were just steps from the boardwalk, which we walked every day. We could walk to many restaurants and shops.

Comfortable and Quiet

Very clean quiet place to relax. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice deck view. Everything you need for a nice vacation. Boardwalk within steps. Short walks to food and entertainment. I rarely used my car. Well worth the stay

A Perfect Vacation at a Perfect Place

From the moment we stepped in the front door we felt relaxed, peaceful and at our vacation “home”. Everything about Jeremy’s place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the attention to the small details that Jeremy took to make our stay perfect. We even had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy during our visit. If we come back to the area, there is no doubt, we would want to stay at Jeremy’s again. Thank you Jeremy for a perfect vacation! 😎

Loved our stay

This rental was just as advertised. The location on the Hollywood broadwalk is ideal and convenient for exercise, the beach, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in the unit and the area. The decor is better than a bland hotel room and charming. The owner was very responsive and helpful. An assigned parking spot at no extra charge is another bonus compared to other local options. Would highly recommend. Work being done on the building will only improve on your experience.

Loved the "Turtle" Condo!

Jeremy was an excellent host, answering our questions quickly and offering suggestions for our stay. The condo was even more lovely than depicted in the photos, with many unexpected touches. Everything in the condo was very handy, it was well stocked with kitchen supplies, quality linens, and numerous amenities, and the bed and sofa sleeper were quite comfortable. Being just one block from the Hollywood Broadwalk, with views of the ocean and the intercoastal, the location was great. We had a wonderful week. Thanks, Jeremy, for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Super clean absolutely beautiful studio

Studio felt more like an apartment than a studio. Loved spacious living room area and Murphy bed so easy to pull down at night. Kitchen well stocked for 10+ day stay. Well stocked with necessities like paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Very nice view from balcony of ocean and river. Literally 2 minute walk to boardwalk and beach. Loved location. Host couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Always answered my questions promptly. I definitely would book this studio next time I come to Hollywood Beach!!

Unexpected construction

Great property, great location and attentive host. Property was under construction with chipping hammers going on all day from 8 am until 6 pm. We searched and rented what our reservation said was a one bedroom. It was a one murphy bed. We left after first week because of constant noise and the host refunded our second week. Jeremy was great. Very understanding and helpful. We would consider renting from him again but only the actual one bedroom.
