Unwind at our stunning 100 acre working cattle and horse ranch. You'll truly feel like you're in the country despite being 5 minutes from town. Whether you're passing through or staying awhile you'll feel like you have room to breathe.
Enjoy the ranches fresh eggs every morning and all the hotel like amenities WTR has to offer.
WTR is pet friendly too. Only 57 miles from the majestic Crate Lake National Park , 30 miles from the the pristine water at Wood River and close to five of the most picturesque waterfalls Oregon has to offer.
Communal areas include Indoor basketball, pickleball, and cornhole.

Rebecca, the host, was amazing! She was quick to reply and always friendly and accommodating. Because of her attentiveness, I was able to book the party suite at the last minute for a family get-together. It was an amazing experience! The grounds were breathtaking! The Christmas decorations added a wonderful holiday ambiance. The donkeys and goats were fun to pet and feed. We were able to see the chickens, cows, and horses. The grandkids had a blast playing in the indoor court as exactly described in the property listing. I'm not sure who all the different ranch hands were, but they were also very kind and accommodating. If you think you're ready to try the country life, I absolutely recommend this ranch.

Stopped at this awesome farm for a night and we all wished we could have stayed longer! A beautiful property, the apartment has everything you need and the animals are so fun.

Lovely barn-dominium

It was a quick stop over on a long roadtrip but we enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were well done and comfortable, with lots of extra nice touches by the owner like snacks, easy check in/out on the tablet, cozy blankets and more. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stopping point in Klamath Falls

This property is fantastic and the hosts were super nice and helpful. We stopped here for the night after a Crater Lake visit and heading back to CA. They have a beautiful property that is perfect for walking the dog and seeing the cows, horses, chickens and goats. Great hot tub, BBQ and game area as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Stay

We needed a close to town, quiet place to stay for a night that was dog friendly. Willow Tree Ranch was perfect. The space was clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very welcoming to us and our dogs. We would highly recommend this property to all.

An amazing ranch getaway

Everything about this little "barndominium" was amazing. The stay was incredibly comfortable and extremely accommodating. There were even fresh eggs from their chickens in the fridge waiting for us! We will definitely be back!

Fabulous venue!

This is our second stay at the barndominium and it was just as awesome as the first. The property is serene and beautiful, and the managers couldn’t do a better job of providing absolutely everything you need for an overnight or longer stay. We appreciate them and will be back anytime our travels south or back take us to Klamath Falls. Highly recommend this property.

The property and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The space itself was welcoming, decorated very tastefully and clean . All the extra touches provided by the owners were practical, thoughtful and appreciated. They thought of everything: including food & water bowls, treats, dog toy and even poop bags! Highly recommend!

Property sits on a 100 acre ranch with chickens, goats, cows and horses. Large grass area for our dog to run around. Our daughter loved the indoor basketball and pickle ball court. Hosts were fantastic and very helpful. We will stay here on our next trip to Klamath Falls.

Just like I would prepare my place for a friend to stay - but even better!

I don’t write reviews unless I really loved an experience, and I really loved this one. The setting is absolutely beautiful, the space clean and well-provisioned. Quality appliances, super comfortable bed, great location. Easy and responsive communication with the host (Rebecca). I hope to stay here every time I’m in the area. Thank you, Rebecca!

Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

The property is located in a relaxing location with scenic countryside views but close to town. The owners were promptly efficient in responding to our questions. All of the furnishings and amenities were first class; we even got fresh eggs from the property chickens! Although the weather was unseasonably warm, the unit stayed comfortably cool. We’d highly recommend the Barndominium!

Willow Tree Ranch stay

This is a wonderful property located just outside of Klamath Falls. The surrounding property has beautiful views. Unit C was immaculate and had newer furnishing with a modern farmhouse vibe. Nice kitchen, well stocked. Bathroom was also very clean and had all the necessities you might need as a traveler. It was a wonderful space. The owner is easy to connect with and very easy to work with - highly recommend!

Lovely

This was such a welcoming, well decorated, clean and lovely stay! We had a very comfortable stay here with our dog. Mostly stayed in but we also made it over to Main St which is a little less than a 15 minute drive. In the morning we went and said hello to the horses and although we didn't eat breakfast there - the hosts left us some fresh eggs from the chicken coop which I thought was so sweet! Would highly recommend :)
