This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a King bed in the primary room, Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The entryway offers a bench and hooks for comfort while entering the unit. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with an ice maker and a full-size oven. The appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, single-serve coffee maker, toaster and wine glasses. There is new hardwood flooring in kitchen entryway and dining area, where guests can seat 6 comfortably at the dining table, with a chandelier overhead. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

Past the kitchen is the living room which holds a new Queen sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge on one part, a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, baseboard heating as well as new carpet. From the living room is a private balcony overlooking River Run Village from this third floor unit.

The Primary bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, that can be tucked away in the armoire and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a separate vanity area with double sinks. The bedroom also has new carpet and new hardwood in the bathroom. The guest room features a Queen bed, new carpet and a flat screen TV as well. The second, guest bathroom is centrally located and offers a shower/tub combination and pedestal sink.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

The hot tubs right outside were amazing and felt very private even with two other hot tubs close by. We always book with this company when we go up there and I don’t see that changing!

We love the Silver Mill

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th Labor Day weekend in a row staying in Keysone at the Silver Mill. Our son and his family joined us this year. We love to bike ride around Lake Dillon up to Copper Mtn and Vail Pass. The close proximity to good restaurants, pool and hot tubs, Octoberfest,etc. always make this a great weekend and being right there at the Siver Mill makes everything within walking distance.

More than most places I have stayed. Location and access to the staircase was right out the front door for easy access to the village. Beds were the perfect for a good nights rest after a 105 mile bike race through the mountains. Defiantly will be back.

River Run Village Keystone

Very nice and clean 2 bed, 2 bath condo with everything included. Check in was easy and it was easy to communicate with the renter. Perfect location inside the River Run village, shops and restaurants. We love coming here in the summer to enjoy the beautiful views nearby. Will be back!💕

However, the mattress in both rooms are uneven and curve towards the middle. Truly one of the worst nights of sleep in my life. The thermostat was also set to 60 but the temperature was 76 the entire time. You can tell that someone cleans but no one is fixing things.

Family Getaway

Great place for a nice getaway, this place was super clean and organized, very close to Breckenridge/Dillon, it was my first time visiting the town. We want to make this a yearly getaway going forward. This place was very quiet also. Would recommend without hesitation . Thank you Again, The Management team answered all my questions very quickly.

Great Location

The condo is in a great location for Keystone. However, the unit and the entire building is getting a bit dated and is showing its age. The hallway carpets are a bit worn and dirty. The unit is also looking a bit worn out. Somehow, they replaced the effective gas fireplace with an electric insert that does nothing more than put on a light show. The shower head needs replacing. The pillows were horrible. If you are going to have 4 pillows, have two firm and two soft pillows. Not 4 soft pillows. I felt like I was suffocating all night. When I complained about the baseboard heaters not working in all the rooms, the staff was highly responsive to my texts, but couldn't help because they were busy with other priority projects. Also, the management communications and check in/check out need to be vastly improved. They sent me one email saying I had to check in after 4:30pm, then they sent me a text saying I had to let them know if I wasn't checking in at 4:30pm. But it is a really crappy self-check in process, so I'm not sure why they were so concerned about my arrival time. Also, we had to empty all of our own trash at checkout?? For the price people are paying for these units, trash removal should be included. I'm not sure I will ever stay with any Summit County managed property in the future. Their communications and guest expectations are not in alignment with my desires for a vacation rental.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
