The entire loft unit is available for you and your guests during your reservation stay. You will have access to the internet with WI-FI, Kitchen, and SmartTVs with ROKU offering Netflix, ESPN, Disney+, YouTube, and TV channels via the Tubi, CNN, Fox Sports, Univision, TNT & the Pluto Apps

You will receive all Check In information via our GUEST PORTAL PAGE accessible on your cell phone.

You are staying in Downtown San Diego in an Urban Area and there is always the potential for noise from the vibe energy.

BEDROOM #1: Furnished with (1) one very comfortable queen-sized bed. The bedding is cleaned for every guest. (1) queen-sized bed accommodates two people. In addition, there is a ROKU Smart TV

BEDROOM #2: Furnished with (2) two very comfortable queen-sized beds. The bedding is cleaned for every guest. (1) queen-sized bed accommodates two people. In addition, there is a 2nd ROKU Smart TV

BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.

KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a 3rd ROKU Smart TV with plenty of seating comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there are (1) sofa bed and (1) futon bed in the living area

OUR PET POLICY
You are welcome to bring your pet dog or cat. We do charge a simple $50/pet extra cleaning fee (Service Animals included). This cleaning fee is charged to give additional attention to the unit upon departure. This avoids any potential allergic reaction from the next guest(s). Your pet(s) are able to be walked around the block as needed. The fee can be paid upon Check-In. Thank you for your understanding.

--PET CARE NOTE: Please don't leave your pet (if it's a dog) unattended in the unit as this can cause a problem with excessive barking when owners are away. Thank you
