BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.

KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a ROKU Smart TV with a comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there is (1) sofa bed & (1) futon bed in the living area

You are welcome to bring your pet dog or cat. We do charge a simple $65/pet (Service Animals included) extra cleaning fee. This cleaning fee is charged to give additional attention to the unit upon departure. This avoids any potential allergic reaction from the next guest(s). Your pet(s) are able to be walked around the block as needed. The fee can be paid upon Check-In. Thank you for your understanding
