Guest House with horse privilege's, in the country & beautiful neighborhood.

Come relax in a quiet, peaceful, and fun atmosphere. Approx 450 sq ft 1 king bed/1 bath guest house in peaceful neighborhood close to amenities. Full kitchen, living room, 65" TV, queen bed with washer/dryer and 2 couches. Coffee maker and coffee. Own pasture for horses (upcharge per horse and must bring own feed). Dogs ok upon approval with own fenced area with a small fee per dog. Cozy and clean! 7.8 miles to Horseshoe equestrian park!
Main home is on property, but completely separate from Guesthouse. We have horses, cattle, 22 chickens, 2 goats and 2 barn cats and our own dogs. We rope on site often and you are more than welcome to watch!
Barn cats may get on cars, but only leave little cute cat prints. Smoking is allowed, but MUST be outside.

Very good host. We stayed here because we had a party to go to and didn’t want to drink and drive. We wanted to pre funk and take a drink in the uber. I texted Michele and asked if she had any ice and disposal cups. She was there in less than 3min to help with TV. Marty was there about 2 min later with ice and solo cups. We will stay here again next year for Xmas party!! Thank you again.

A fun family visit!

This lovely property fit all of our needs. We had two grandchildren staying two of the four nights with us, age 7, and 12. They enjoyed the kitties and the horses and the open areas. We were all quite comfortable in our little ‘home away from home’. We hope to return next time we come to visit.

Great time in San Tan Valley

We really enjoyed the homey feeling. The unit had everything we needed. Close to grocery stores and the air conditioning kept us sane. It got to 90 today. Thanks for being great hosts. We will be back, God willing.

If you like horses, cats and quiet

It's a really wonderful place, with a few cattle out the front door when we were there and a few horses in the rear. And a couple of the horses were positively friendly, and either really like being scratched and massaged around their ears, noses and jaws or were good at pretending. Nice peaceful immediate neighborhood too. Once you venture at all west or south, especially, you get into massive Phoenix-area sprawl.

We stayed here as we were looking for a home in the Queen Creek, Gilbert & Chandler area. The location was a quiet & beautiful retreat at the end of the house hunting day!

The hosts were so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating!!!If you like to be out of the rush of the city, yet close enough to activities, this is the place. We loved it! Perfect size for 2 people. Nice and quiet yet close to many places to eat out if you choose!The unit was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!!!

We enjoyed our time at the Guest House. The hosts were awesome and we enjoyed being so close to the area we were visiting while feeling like we were away from everything at this property. We would recommend staying here!

Guest House Stay

My husband and I did a staycation here + loved it! The host and her family were so awesome and welcoming + fun! We also loved the animals + being able to watch up close + personal some roping! If your looking for that Ranch style stay + feel, this would be the place! place! Thank you!
