Clean and quiet. Location is close to restaurants and night life. This unit is nicely stocked and furnished. It's a short walk to trails out in to the desert. We will definitely visit again.

Our girls enjoyed the pools on the hot days, that is a nice amenity. The home was nicely decorated in southwest art and style, which added to the enjoyment of our stay.

Tuscon golf trip

Loved the area, access to golf, downtown, food, etc.. easy. The property was just the right size for us and cozy. King bed too soft opted for 2 double beds after two nights.

I know bed comfort is truly subjective and I asked the current guests in there now if they also felt bed was too soft and they shared they had a great nights sleep.. So it is truly subjective. SW Tucson near Marriott -Starpass

Great location for SW foothills/Marriott/downtown. little noisy/Nice patio. Roomy interior,updating of furniture would be nice

Hello again, Upon further inquiry by private email to your comment about needing furnishing updating your Comments were more detailed and clarified! To me that comment meant things like couches, chairs, end tables ets. And from your comments to us, it meant things like some soft cushions on the wood dining and patio chairs so always good to get more clarification. You mentioned that some cushions on the wood patio and dining chairs would be a nice touch and I agree! We have had cushions on the chairs in the past and people removed them but Yes, they would be a good idea so thanks for the suggestions. And the handles on the bedroom drawers have been repaired. We could have had that done if only we knew they were needing attention. Always appreciate comments from our quests since we don’t spend time in our units. That way we know more what makes them happy! Thanks for your stay with us.

One of the best in the area!

My wife and I have stayed in the Starr Pass area for the past several years, each time staying in a short term rental. I have to say that, because guests have access to the pool and fitness center, this is one of the best we've stayed at. In fact, we're thinking of staying here again next year! The home was clean, well-stocked, and had all the amenities we wanted. Being a newer home, it felt fresh and inviting. My hat is off to the host!

Airy, sunny, spacious unit

This was our third winter to escape the dreary Northwest winters. This unit was just the answer with the many windows, bright cheerful atmosphere and spacious rooms. Kitchen is easy to work in, as is not always the case with rentals. The unit has a garage which was nice for additional storage. The owner and her property manager, husband/wife team, went out of their way to assist us whenever possible. The only drawback is it's location right off the busy, noisy Starr Pass. Yet, there are so many pluses we will consider staying here again.

Very clean, perfect location

We stayed for a week. My husband, myself and 3 little kids. Plenty of room. House was clean, nice SW decor. Not a lot of clutter or random decorations for my kids to mess with. No cartoon channels for the kids in the bedrooms so bring your own. Located in the beautiful mountains of star pass. We went in the middle of summer which is in 110 degree weather. The only thing was the AC went out our last 2 nights. The owners promptly responded and the unit has a new AC system. We would stay there again.

yes Robert and Crystal were most gracious , especially with 3 little ones, when the a/c decided to freeze up in the record Arizona heat. we were very grateful for our good relationship with our A/C fellow who was able to respond the same day. Unfortunately for all involved, it was not an easy quick fix and so we opted to replace the A/C which was completed the next day. Robert and crystal had a very hot night despite fans etc. and the best of an unpleasant eve so I am sure the experience will stay with them for their Arizona adventure! we compensated them 2 nights of their stay. good thing is the next guest will have a brand new A/C..... regards Dawn

Great location, comfortable lodgings.

We enjoyed our stay at this Starr Pass property. The condo was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated that there were basic amenities in the kitchen (coffee filters, coffee, sugar, basic spices). There were plenty of linens/towels. Both the owner and her local property manager, Emelia, were wonderful to work with and easy to contact. Emelia went out of her way to set out some toys for our children (baby pool, pool toys, a tricycle, etc) when I contacted her about a crib. I was attending a conference at the Starr Pass Marriott and this was a much more affordable option for my family than staying at the Resort itself. The property is less than a five minute drive away from the Marriott. It was so nice for my kids to have the extra room (and for us to have our own!) and to be able to fix meals. If you don't want to fix your own meals, there are numerous restaurants nearby. We will definitely consider staying here again if we return to Tucson. Thank you!

Very comfortable

Very nice town home in a nice quiet area. Furniture was very comfortable and so was the king size bed. The natural light in the day time was nice. Quiet neighborhood in a nice area. A little bit of road noise but not bad. Enjoyed watching the quail and birds on back patio. Kitchen had all we needed. Would stay again!

Well Located near Tucson

The property is comfortable and we were able to eat dinner in most nights which is nice. I have asked Dawn to develop instructions for the various handsets and electronics. If you are a light sleeper, you will want to stay in the bedroom just off the foyer on the left. The other bedroom backs up to the main resort artery and is well-travelled and noisy late at night and early in the morning. Lots of room in the unit and we could spread out comfortably. Dawn is very organized and very responsive to questions. We stayed the first week in February and, unless you are attending the annual gem and mineral show, I do not recommend going during that event. It's a BIG DEAL! If you are staying long-term, there is lots of storage in the closets and garage (a big plus). The kitchen is outfitted with the basics so meals-at-home are a possibility.

Great place for golf and desert museums

The property is convenient just off an arterial street. Well appointed property. The Starr Golf Course is in excellent shape. Near by is the Sonora Desert with lots to see.

Starr Pass provides an oasis above the city to relax and enjoy! I love the mountains and peaceful desert all around . If I want the excitement of city, it's right down the hill. Also the 27 hole Starr pass Golf course and Spa at the Marriott are only a few minutes away.! It's wonderful to be so close to wild coyote, javalina, deer, quail, rabbits. The natural world is abundant here!
