Both are well maintained with all toiletries present. Towels, toilet papers, hair dryer and cleaning products – everything for your comfortable stay. Kitchen: Cook scrumptious meals in spacious gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked for your convenience. All necessary appliances including refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster etc. are present. Kitchenware and silverware is available to make you feel totally at home. Plan the day’s routine while you sip your morning coffee that awaits you in our clean kitchen! Living and dining space: Spend your leisure time in a comfortable living room that will surely lift up your mood! Watch your favorite shows on our smart TV or simply enjoy the company of your partner while being cuddled up at the cozy couch. The space also offers a smart round coffee table where you guys can enjoy having dessert together. Guests will have access to the whole apartment, one parking space, and on-site laundry facilities. No, kitchen lacked necessary equipment to cook meals had to buy disposable pans. Not any extra bath towels and rags for multiple nights.

This VRBO is perfectly located for Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys games! The apartment was clean. The beds weren't super comfortable and we found the towel supply limited, but overall, it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend, especially for sports enthusiasts!

Great apartment

Walking distance to Globe Life field. The apartment complex is small and neighborhood felt safe walking back at night. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal Stadium Place

The apartment was exactly as described. We were there for a quick overnight stay to watch the Ranger’s. We walked to the stadium avoiding parking and traffic. It was ideal for our stay.

Great location

This place was perfect for our needs! My adult daughter and I were attending a concert at Global Life Field. The apartment was clean and less than a ten minute walk from the venue. Stephen was very communicative and even allowed us to check in a bit early to help avoid traffic. The snacks were a nice surprise! Our only complaint was that we only booked for one night. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Arlington.

The photos do NOT represent the reality for this place. It was true that it is located within walking distance to AT&T, but everything else? The floors were terrible, with a trip hazard going into the kitchen from a big crack in the flooring. The dining room rug was disgusting. The didn't dare show a photo of the exterior of the building. It sounds like a cute little house. In reality, it's a second story apartment, in a trash-strewned, poorly maintained complex. The kitchen had very poor pans. There were only 3 forks, one clearly for a baby. We ended up going to the Dollar Store to get forks, steak knives, wine glasses and dishwasher pods, which we did leave for the next renters. The chairs felt like they would fall apart and the main table in the livingroom was so wobbly, we didn't dare use it. Communication with the owner was terrible. I had questions about parking and that were never answered. The bottom of the disposable slippers in this photo were after only two nights there.

Easy access to AT&T Center

The main reason we chose this place was because of how close it was to the AT&T Center. We could hear the concert from the balcony, it was amazing and we walked back with no issues after the concert the following night. Which is why I’m giving it a 5 star review. However, these are the negatives we encountered: 1. No salt, pepper, or cooking oil 2. No dishwasher soap 3. We ran out of toilet paper 4. No wine or bottle opener 5. The air mattress was not great and sunk really fast, it must have a leak. We did struggle to get into the apartment in the beginning, but Steven was able to resolve it and answered my calls and texts quickly. Overall, I would definitely stay here again because of the great location and how roomy it was.

I asked about parking the day before arrival. No response. The next day he messages that there is a broken window and he's trying to get it fixes. That's fine. I asked again about parking. Response came an hour later. He sent the wrong link for parking and I had to pay for it. When I asked to be reimbursed he simply sent a different link. That's just th beginning. When we checked in after the game we found that the window was boarded but there was still broken glass inside on the floor and on the coffee table. I messaged the owner. He responded with, Sorry about the inconvenience. Maintenance came after our cleaners. Fortunately, we saw the glass before stepping on it. Fortunately, we didn't have children with us. Add to that the hot water was only lukewarm and the floor is peeling in several rooms causing a tripping hazard.
