Adorable, cozy, and full of amenities for you and your guests. We have designed this home to be perfect for a family vacation weekend getaway, or business trip that feels like home away from home. With five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bonus sixth convertible bedroom you and your guests will have plenty of space to stretch out. There are two living rooms, beautiful, well stocked kitchen, a large second-story deck and first level patio with a fenced backyard.

Wedding weekend

Owner was very accommodating and quick to respond with questions. We were in town for a family members wedding and the house was perfect for the weekend.

The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed safe. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time in the area due to the central location!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive & helpful with an issue we were having with the internet due to recent storms. The home is just as advertised. Highly recommend.

Great place for what we needed big enough quite neighborhood only thing i would do is a sidewalk from the garage to the front door highly recommend

Bedroom Accuracy

Overall stay was pretty darn good! The listing stated 6 bedrooms but we only had 5. Not a big deal but we were searching all around for the 6th room lol. The house still accommodated our needs.

Good space

Stayed here for a local event for the weekend. The home was nice and had enough space for our large group. Some room for improvement on the property grounds as the lawn could use some care as well as some fire ant treatment. This didn't affect us at all, but might be helpful.

thanksgiving 2024

We had a large, multi family thanksgiving gathering for 4 nights. The house was spacious, everyone said the beds were very comfortable and slept well. The kids enjoyed he fenced in yard and the adults loved the deck. The neighborhood is quiet and charming with a beautiful park. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our needs. My only suggestion for him would be a paved walkway to the front door with lights and to have extra towels and linens(maybe a deep cleaning). We would definitely stay again in this house.

Bachelorette weekend

We had a party of 10 for a bachelorette weekend. The property was in a well established neighborhood that was super quiet. The house was nice and roomy. Linens were supplied and the mattresses throughout the house was usually the topic of morning conversation. The beds were oh so comfortable. The only thing I would change is adding a walkway from the driveway to the house. Jordan was very responsive prior to and during our stay. I definitely recommend this property.

MORE THAN EXPECTED

EVERYTHING FROM BOOKING TO CHECKOUT WAS AWESOME AND SUPER EASY. JORDAN WAS VERY QUICK YO RESPOND GOR ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE HAD. THE HOUSE QAS WAS VERY NICE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE JORDAN AGAIN.

3.5 Star Property

A few additional amenities would make a huge difference. It would have been helpful to know there is no heat or A/C in the basement. Offering additional blankets to mitigate this would have been nice. Additional items in the kitchen would have helped as we tried to cook for a large group. Owner was responsive and overall the place was clean and neighborhood was peaceful.

The house wasn’t clean the kitchen had trash in it, outside trash was completely overflowing there were beer can on the table on the back porch, ants heavy in the kitchen and most of all the basement was pouring down water when the shower was on

Small details go a long way

Overall the house was pretty nice. It was spacious and the rooms were comfortable. There were some small household items that would have been nice to have such as body wash and shampoo. There was no sponge or dish soap to wash off dishes. We ended up running out of toilet paper. There was only one trash bag. For the first couple days we were without a coffee maker but was in communication with the host and they were very good at getting back and ended up bringing a coffee maker by the house. We appreciated the sense of care. Just a little more forethought on simple details like that would make this place a lot more comfortable. Overall nice place though.

House is very damp and moldy smell throughout, the refrigerator is for a college room asked Jordan about that he told me it was full size and Isaid wow,bottom floor is cold the main floor is hot as hell told him about that he said only has one unit in a nut shell he said not his problem and it 98 degrees out,has garage with his personal inside no room for your parking,kitchen Window filled with Ants,We checked in Thursday and had 3 days but it was so horrible we left Friday lost my Money and left let him keep the money RUN FROM THIS HOUSE!!!!!!!!!

Quiet Neighborhood

The Overall stay was a 7/10!! The rooms were huge and the kitchen was amazing. The only thing is the rooms downstairs do not have a bathroom, so anyone who stays downstairs will have to come up stairs to shower or use the bathroom. Also the AC upstairs unfortunately takes a century to get cold. We also had a lot of problems with bugs (spiders and worms) in the beds. Things were broken once we arrived to the house from past renters, but overall the stay was pretty good and the neighborhood was very quiet. If you have big families such as mine it will be kinda hard to keep the sound to a minimum. If you can’t keep the sound down I wouldn’t recommend the house but if you can this is a perfect house for you. Also, there is only three televisions in the house. 1 in the upstairs living room and 1 downstairs living room and 1 in the master bedroom, the other rooms don’t have any televisions in them. Also the refrigerator in the house is a very small refrigerator so please remind yourself of that!

Great place if your heading into Charlotte. Quaint rural neighborhood thats only 15 to minutes from the city. We had 14 guest and there was plenty of room for all of us. The owners were there to answer any questions that we had for them. Highly recommend and will rebook next year!
