Family friendly

Very convenient for pool and beach access, the property is between the main road and the ocean. Everything is as advertised.

Great location!

This is our second time staying on this property and we were very pleased. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great! Easy beach access. A quick walk across the street to plenty of food. We will be back!

Nice place. Worth the money

condo is a little noisy from the road and from tenants walking past the bedroom. The view was amazing especially in the mornings.

Great unit. Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. On the beach, but across the street from shops and restaurants. Very convenient! Walked the beaches each day and enjoyed the whales and sunsets from the lanai. The property managers were great! Very prompt and responsive.

We had a wonderful experience at our oceanfront unit. The location was perfect and the check in/out process was easy and smooth. Our unit provided everything we needed. The beach was steps away. We would definitely come back again.

Best place to stay

The property is superwell located, very nice beaches walking distance on both sides (calm beaches, perfect for children but also possibility of doing snorkling and other water sports), good restaurants, places to rent equipment nearby. The appartment was very clean, very good communication, got text messages and even some calls before my trip and during the trip to make sure that everything was going well. I will come back here without hesitation.

Location, location!

We love this area of Kihei and are all about the location. The view is just beautiful and we can watch whales easily from our balcony, a top priority for us! This is a small but nicely remodeled condo (with the exception on the 2nd bathroom shower ceiling). Four adults were quite comfortable here, six would be a tight fit in our opinion. The kitchen was nice but could use sharp knives. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing View

The view is worth every penny! We sat on our deck and enjoyed watching the whales and beautiful sunsets. Being able to walk out the door and on to Kam 2 (one of our favorite beaches) was the best. Great location for walking to amenities. Unit for a family if four had plenty of room. Very well stocked with kitchen items. Easy text check in for door code. I agree with the no A/C comments but once you open the windows and the ocean breeze comes in the unit cools off. Awesome stay! We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo on the beach!

The condo was great! Newly remodeled and perfect for my family. It took us about 90 seconds from leaving our room to having our toes in the sand at Beach 2. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus we happened to be there during an owners meet and greet and got to have yummy food from Nula's and cocktails! We had a great experience. Cons: Not much. I guess the only thing some people may like that it didn't have is AC. But it wasn't necessary with the awesome trade winds blowing thru, we stayed nice and cool!

Great Location

Although the property feels dated it is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and beaches. The grounds are well kept and the communication with the property manager was great. The unit itself is not spacious. The master bedroom has very little floor space around the bed and both bathrooms are very, very small. The biggest downside is the lack of A/C. The bedrooms did not cool down at night and were pretty uncomfortable. The view from the lanai is lovely with great sunsets. Beach chairs and ice chest were appreciated.

Great location for the right price.

This location puts you in the middle shores of Maui. The place is nice, nothing too over the top. Starter supplies given to get you started. (It's all you need if you stayed a week) we stayed for almost two weeks. Everything worked correctly and well. Stayed in the middle of June through the first part of July. It was hot but with the winds in the afternoon, no air-conditioning needed. The view is amazing each morning and the sunset is nothing to overlook either. The turtles eat and clean themselves right on the rocks below. If you are looking for a location that you can sit on the beach or have some snorkeling without driving this is your location. Convenient ABC stores within walking distance, including restaurants and some survivor shops. It's about 15 minutes away from the airport and Costco. No doubt we would stay again, it was perfect for family of 5.

Phenomenal location and view from the lanai

Absolutely would recommend this rental for your holiday get away. The only thing I would emphasize is NO AC. During the day, it’s NBD, but at night, it can feel stagnant and so uncomfortable if you generally like it below 70f while you sleep. The description calls this out, so not docking a star for that, but there was a layer of dust on all the master bedroom lighting fixtures and combined with the necessary floor fans, did not make for a very comfortable sleep. Didn’t use the kitchen at all for cooking but everything seemed to roll equipped. The view from. The lanai and the location make this place awesome.

Awesome location

This property is perfect for a friends Hawaii trip! We loved the grassy area out front of the building with a grill and lounge chairs, right between 2 sandy beaches. We saw lots of turtles right out front of the place too which was very cool.

Comfortable condo with breath-taking views of Molokini; beautiful property; attentive management!

Our family of 5 found our stay at Kamaole Nalu exceeded our expectations! Our extended family & friends stayed nearby & we had wonderful get-togethers around the BBQ grill & outdoor tables enjoying amazing sunsets. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, completely equipped, with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean, sky, Molokini, and Halo'olawe. All the close-by beaches & snorkeling areas were wonderful and the local shops and restaurants, all within walking distance, were great, top ratings in Maui Revealed. The Ali'i Resort corporation has already offered us a discounted rate for next year's visit, which we intend to book as soon as we get back!

Fantastic location, people, and home.

Over spring break myself and two kids travelled to Maui for our first time. We absolutely loved everything about it! The condo unit was perfect for us, right on the beach, friendly neighbours, and a sense of home inside the unit. I would love sitting on the patio in the morning for my coffee and breakfast, it was so peaceful and I could look right out to the ocean. In the afternoon the kids would end the day frolicking in the water only steps away. The sea turtles were out daily we did not need to travel to an overcrowded beach when they were leisurely swimming by the rocks in front of the property. We loved it here so much that we will return and I would not want to stay anywhere else ❤️ Thank You Chantel

Ocean view, on the beach, well equipped with all 3 adults and 1 teen needed. The VRBO staff very helpful and accommodating.

Incredible Ocean View

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is very nice with an great balcony overlooking the ocean. Great natural ventilation but the bedroom doors need to remain cracked opened at night to allow cool air flow (doors have stops). Hearing the waves crashing at night takes some getting use too from the master bedroom but can be very soothing. There is some minor parking lot noise in the early morning hours from the guest bedroom if the windows remain open. My parents moved to Maui 45 years ago and I have visited Maui at least 40 times and this condo ranks in my top three all time best places to stay.

Great location!

We are a family of 5 and this was our first time staying here. We stayed here for 9 nights and definitely recommend staying here for several reasons; Price was great, amenities were good, pool was great. We stayed on the 3rd floor so we would have an ocean view and even tho the room didn't have A/C we were comfortable the entire time as their was a very nice breeze. Staying here puts you in the middle of the island which gave us a significant advantage to travel the entire island and yet be centrally located. The has shops and restaurants across the street and other beaches, shops, restaurants, activities are only a couple minutes away. The snorkeling was great right off the beach and rocks in front of the condo. There are several turtles that frequent the area and we saw them every time we went out. DEFINITE PLUS. The kids loved the location and the pool was in great condition and a nice way to top off the evening before settling in. The management was great with all of our requests and didn't have any issues with checking in or at any time during our stay. OH, and the beds were SUPER COMFY. This is a must for me as I am a very light sleeper and we all LOVED the beds!!!
