The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and a private closet, with a guest bathroom just across the hallway. There is a twin sleeper chair in master bedroom and a full size air matress that is provided if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and all new appliances, including a refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, blender, toaster, crockpot, traditional coffee maker, Keurig maker, dishwasher, and a complete set of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and silverware. Enjoy filtered water from the new reverse osmosis system at the sink. Other amenities include private Wi-Fi, smart TVs, Direct TV, air conditioning, and heating, as well as a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

The resort is located in the Sandy Beach area, close to other high-rise resorts. A quick drive will take you into town, where you can explore a variety of fresh seafood restaurants, bars, and shops. Taxis are available right outside the gate for easy access to old port and other attractions.

Make sure that all guests are wearing Resort wristbands at all times during your stay. Base price is set for 5 guests. Additional guests will have an extra fee.
Keep sliding doors closed when AC/Heat is turned on.

No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing.

Allowing pets are at the discretion of the owner. A non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged for each pet. Pets will have a bracelet attached to the collar or leash. There can be a maximum of two pets. Pets are never allowed in the pool or golf course area. Pets must be on a leash when walking on the resort property and you must pick up droppings. Pets are not allowed on the condo furniture. They cannot be left unattended on the patio. Please control barking so it will not disturb other persons. We are pet owners and lovers and ask you to respect our home as you would want us to do for you.
