This sensational villa has everything to make your visit to the island of St. Martin truly unforgettable. Enjoy the spectacular ocean view while relaxing in your own, very large, private pool and unwinding on the spacious and comfortable patio deck. By day, you will be delighted by the sight of sailboats passing and by night you will enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the deck as they glow ever so brightly before dipping into the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the newly updated villa and all of the amenities it has to offer. This villa's stylish and comfortable design as well as the well groomed gardens will entice you to relax on island time. Do some tropical bird watching as you explore the garden, grab a book and head to the hang out pod, or simply cool off in the private pool after a day of sightseeing or snorkeling in the nearby crystal clear Caribbean Sea.
The space
This spacious, charming and light filled villa will satisfy your cravings for a fun and relaxing Caribbean getaway! A very large American kitchen awaits your creation of culinary delights and electrical outlets throughout the home (110v) make your stay at our villa a breeze! All of the very large bedrooms are prepared for your stay with spotless fresh linens and designs with your comfort in mind. Each bedroom enjoys privacy from the rest of the home, attached full bathrooms, and room darkening features to ensure that you are comfortable and well rested each evening.
The area
The villa is located in the stylish Terres Basses gated community of French St. Martin.(Also referred to as the "French Lowlands"). The area is well known for its pristine beaches, outstanding privacy, and a 24 hour security surveillance team. This famous and exclusive residential area is situated away from traffic, yet only a very short distance to award winning restaurants and shopping.

Great family stay in St. Martin

We really enjoyed the beautiful and well equipped villa, the pool was excellent for the kids and the location was perfect and very quiet with private beach close by.Communications with the owner and property manager were also great and this made it very smooth and easy for check in and out or if there are any questions or queries. I would definitely recommend this stunning villa for anyone looking to stay on the island.

Second visit as good as the first

This was our second year we rented this villa and it was as good, if not better than we expected. It is a beautiful house with gorgeous pool and grounds that served as the ideal base camp for our week in the sun in St Martin. We may book it again next year!

Amazing Property

This place was absolutely the best if you are looking for a great house and pool in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Everything was just as pictured, immaculate, spacious, with a full stock of kitchen wares for those who like to cook or grill. Property manager and Debbie were great! By far the best place we have staying in St. Martin in our 15 years visiting the island.

Fantastic 3 bdrm villa with pool

A great 3 bedroom villa with pool in quiet, secluded area of Terre Basses region of St Martin. Property Manager met us at the Car Rental and helped show us local shops and amenities as well conducted a thorough walk through of the villa, property and features. The villa itself was clean and well looked after. We felt right at home and look forward to our next visit

Beau Soleil was as described, with easy check in, accessible host and manager, gorgeous views, and cooling Caribbean breezes. Indoor/outdoor living, made easy because every door had screens. In lovely, quiet, Terres Basses neighborhood. We will be back!

Family getaway

This was our first experience at a villa and it exceeded all expectations. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is located near private beach and multiple other beaches! The staff was amazing and our host was so attentive and responsive. Our host took the time to tell us all we needed to know about the island with great recommendations during our entire visit. I would certainly recommend this property for a group of friends, families or couples trip. We can’t wait to return.

Top shelf Vacation property!

I can't say enough about the property, host, views and experience we had while staying in St. Maartin. The house is immaculate and perfectly laid out with spacious outdoor seating as well as indoor. The pool certainly was the focal point and we spent a lot of time enjoying the amazing views from the deck including the awesome gardens on the property. After touring the entire Island, we also came to realize the house is located in the best area. Great restaurants, groceries, casinos, pastry shops and beaches were all just up the street and the class of people in the area were top notch. We'll be making this a return trip for many years to come!

We would rent this house again.

The house is lovely and enjoyable to live in. We had a lot of questions and the owner graciously answered all of them promptly. (It turns out most of the information was in the detailed welcome packet.) While we were staying at the house, 2 issues came up and the owner and property manager took them seriously and resolved them both. The pool and outdoor area was spacious and gorgeous, it was perfect to enjoy coffee and a book in the morning before your daily adventure. There was ample room in the kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, and living room to accommodate multiple people. At Mullet Bay, 10 minutes away, was a beautiful, calm beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas to rent. Towels were of a high quality and the beds were comfortable. The house was well organized and in addition to air conditioning there were ceiling fans in every room and portable fans. We would highly recommend this property.

We lived on the island for many years and looked at many properties prior to purchasing our perfect home in Terres Basses. In our eyes, there is absolutely no competition on the island for a more beautiful, private, and peaceful location as the French Lowlands. This exclusive, gated community with its 24 hour security surveillance team is one of a kind on the island. The area and its pristine beaches are truly magnificent but our nearby Baie Longue beach is absolutely perfect in every way for a morning or afternoon stroll. The villa has been updated and newly refurbished for your enjoyment. We hope that you enjoy your stay in our very special villa and find your "ahhhh..." moment while relaxing in the pool or on the deck chairs watching a beautiful sunset slowly sink into the Caribbean Sea.

The amazing ocean view from our deck, our spacious gardens and fantastic privacy has always been some of our most treasured property features. However, the very large private swimming pool with comfortable lounges overlooking the Caribbean Sea is truly hard to beat! We are so very fortunate to enjoy the fresh ocean breezes as the open air feeling of the villa is what St. Martin life is really all about! From the comfort of the very large and private bedrooms to the easy-going feeling of the great room and spacious kitchen, our guests really feel at home. We really enjoy hosting and are constantly updating to make our guest experience better than ever!
