First visit to the Outer Banks for three of the couples.

Besch, golf, Jimmies buffet, swimming pool every day and wild horse safari. A great time had by all.

Met all expectations!

Great house, great location, and GREAT hosts/owners! Exactly the vacation we were looking for and the property accommodated six adults and 4 children without breaking a sweat. Plenty of space and amenities for all.

Nov. Birthday Escape

We were thrilled with our stay from our first step inside. Each of the five bedrooms are spacious with their own en-suite. The beds are very comfortable. This was the perfect place for four couples to stay, relax and celebrate one of our birthday. Would stay there again!

Beautiful beach property

This house has become one of our favorite beach properties - the location to the beach (literally right across the street), quality of furnishings, and fun amenities (putt putt, hot tub, and pool) all made this house a winner! House was extremely clean, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen and fabulous ocean views. We LOVED it!

Everything about this home, from the owner’s flexibility and responsiveness, to the layout and amenities, was exceptional. Our kids (ages 15, 13, and 8) loved the putting green, pool, hot tub combo. Apart from each bedroom having an en suite, there were little convenient touches like charging stations for phones and devices. The location allowed us to walk to several of our favorite Kitty Hawk restaurants, which was a delightful bonus. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property to other families.

Fabulous house

This was a great house for our group of friends, it was spacious giving us all our own space if we wanted. Across the street from the beach with great views from the front deck. The back yard was amazing!! We all had fun on the putting grren. Unfortuneatley, the weather did not cooperate so pool and hot tub time was limited Definitely would reccommend this home!!

What an amazing house! Stocked with everything you need to make your vacation that much more enjoyable…beach chairs and umbrellas, toys, golf, pool, and a stocked kitchen. Super close to the beach and an easy walk to and from. Owners respond quickly and politely answered all of our upfront questions. We will absolutely stay here again!

A great house with everything you need to be comfortable, a great location and a very responsive host! The pool, with pool toys, putting green, and hot tub were a hit with our grandkids..a nice backyard to hangout in when not at the beach! Speaking of the beach, a quick walk gets you to ocean front. Quality beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels and a beach cart to haul it all are provided. You can also see the ocean from the front decks, watching the dolphins was a highlight! I highly recommend this lovely beach house! 10/10

Family is a priority. We are Shawn and Jennifer and we have 2 daughters so quality time away from the hustle and bustle is a must for us. We grew up in small town NC and attended college in NC as well. We have always enjoyed family vacations in NC and especially on the coast. After retiring from the medical field, we decided to buy a home in the beautiful Outer Banks and we would love to share our home with you. We want our friends, family and guests to enjoy our little piece of tranquility and relax and unwind from the stresses of life!

-Fully equipped kitchen amenities include both a Keurig & auto drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, pots, pans and an assortment of utensils for home cooked meals.

-For your enjoyment, we provide you with a variety of K-Cups, filter coffee packs, individual coffee creamer, sugar and Splenda.

-A variety of Tazo teas is furnished for you as well.

-Along with oil and spices, there is a supply of dish washing soap, hand soap, dish towel and dish cloth for your convenience.

-At the back of the house, there is a patio with a pool, hot tub, polywood lounge chairs, putting green, gas grill and picnic table.

-All beds include comfortable Serta mattresses.

-Master bedroom includes a king size bed with a large closet and en suite with walk in shower.

-The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin bed, perfect for kids. The en suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

-Third bedroom is another king bed with en suite with walk in shower.

-Fourth bedroom is a queen bed with en suite with tub/shower combination.

-Fifth bedroom is a queen bed with en suite with walk in shower.

-USB ports on night stands in each bedroom.

-There is a full size washer/dryer with laundry detergent located on the 2nd floor.

-In the laundry area, you will find a full size ironing board with an iron and laundry basket.
