Fully remodeled modern and spacious apartment. Very close to trails, attractions, and downtown Ishpeming. Located on a quiet street the apartment features a queen bed, full size bed, and a comfortable pull out queen sofa sleeper. An all-in-one washer and dryer is available for use as well. After you spend the day exploring the area you can enjoy sitting by the fire in the beautifully renovated sun room. Ishpeming features coffee shops, restaurants, antique shops, and plenty of history.

Very clean, spacious and very quiet neighborhood. The description mentioned 6-person occupancy but there were only 4 kitchen chairs and an office-type chair. A bit larger kitchen table and more chairs (even if they are just folding chairs) would make it even better. Again, great place to stay and would stay here again.

Second time staying here. Worked out well with my elderly parents. Only a could steps to enter. Quiet and clean. Enjoyed the front porch. Had a question about the thermostat and received a prompt reply.

Beautiful apartment

Very clean, the sunroom was amazing. Only issue we had was when we got there the code didn’t work but the owner quickly fixed that for us. We loved all the artwork and fireplace.

We booked this for snowmobiling. We found that trails were miles away and the snow had melted. We were told that there was plenty of snow and could leave right from the unit. The roads were bare and the neighborhood looked like slums

Great renovated apartment, but be aware the beds are memory foam

The place was wonderful and reasonably priced but my back hurt. Mattresses are a personal preference thing, so the review is intended to be amazing but if you don't prefer memory foam beds, you may wish to consider a different property. PS. My daughter liked the bed.

Great property

Please include dish towels in the future. Will save on paper towel usage. Also, tell future tenants to wait until the buzzer sounds before opening door. It took us several attempts at first. Property was clean, quiet and comfortable.

We stayed over one night. Enjoyed the the house very much. There is a bit of a learning curve for using washer/dryer, but not too bad. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

A truly nice house

I stayed in this rental home for one night and I was thoroughly impressed! The house is truly clean, which was a top priority for me. Beautiful place

Positives - Beautifully decorated. Many provided amenities. No checkout list of things to do. Ability to have our entire family stay in one place. Negatives - No A/C. This wasn’t listed as an amenity, but it also wasn’t listed as "missing”. We also had the unfortunate situation of being in the area on a few of the hottest days, so the house’s interior was around 80 in the afternoons, even with windows open and fans on. The upstairs tenant of the building was friendly overall, but it is very off-putting to have a shirtless man shout down at you from the upstairs window on multiple occasions.

Very good experience

This VRBO is very cute and clean. There are a few supplies for everything you might need : soap, first aid, laundry, cooking, women's special needs, etc. The driveway is good sized and was able to accommodate our Uhaul truck and sedan vehicle. The host laid out a clear informational email before our arrival. There was a helpful neighbor as well. A screw fell out of a chair we barely used and probably needs tightening, but other than that it was a very good VRBO experience. Thank you.
