Open living room, dining area, and kitchen, with panoramic ocean views from all. Airy and wide, yet privacy is also allowed by the unique layout of the multiple suites resting quarters.

Atop the spiral staircase is a dedicated office workspace whose door leads into a hall with two bedrooms. The first bedroom #1 will have two twin beds, a nightstand, a small bureau, a closet, and a private deck with a pool view. The second bedroom #2, which is the main bedroom, has a king-size bed, nightstands, a lounge chair, a couch, a TV, two full-size closets, and a relaxation area that opens onto the private upper deck with ocean views. The large Bathroom features a deep soaking tub, rainfall shower, a double sink vanity, commode, and spacious storage if needed.

Downstairs, on the first floor, you will find the rest of the bedrooms down the hallway past the laundry. The third bedroom #3 has a queen bed, bureau, nightstands, desk, closet, and deck with an ocean view. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The next doorway down the hall leads into the next three bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Bedroom #4 has a Queen-size bed, bureau, nightstands, a lounge chair, and exterior access. Bedroom #5 has 2 twin-sized beds, a nightstand, a closet, and a private deck with a pool view. Bedroom #6 at the end of the hallway also has a full en suite bathroom with a shower, a king-size bed, a bureau, nightstands, a lounge chair, a private deck with partial ocean views, and exterior access.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, roll-up privacy shades, and vaulted ceilings (except for bedroom #5).

The living area has a large U-shaped sectional sofa as well as a futon-style couch and a half bathroom. Leather chairs adjoin the dining area with seating for 8. A fully stocked kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, island with/ electric range top, oven, and dishwasher provides all you need for gathering and sharing meals. The storage closet next to the kitchen holds beach chairs, beach towels, and games for your use and entertainment.

The pool is enclosed with a safe locking mesh gate.
Lounge chairs are on the oceanfront deck. BBQ and enjoy amazing panoramic sunsets while relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. A large yard has private beach access, and you can easily wander long beach walks in any direction you choose.

No more than 12 registered guests can be on the property at any time.
IMPORTANT: A rental agreement will be issued, and all guests must be listed on the rental agreement. This is due before guests can stay at the property. It will be emailed to you after your reservation is made.
