The description of the home does not do it justice. The house was AMAZING! Fully stocked with everything you could ever think you would need. Beds were comfy, views were breathtaking and the hot tub was the perfect way to enjoy the end of the day. The interior of the house is gorgeous with fun art throughout. And the bus stop is literally out your front door. The house is also an easy walk to downtown which we did daily. The only bummer was Mother Nature didn't provided as much snow as we would have liked to ski but we still had a great time. Would definitely go back!

Excellent

Well located and presented property that had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Suited our skiing needs perfectly for both Park City and Deer Valley. Right on bus stop and easy walkable access into Old Town in PC. Highly reccomended.

Perfect weekend ski trip

We had a long weekend ski trip at Deer Valley and the property fit our needs perfectly. Very comfortable and ample cooking space with all the supplies you would need. We used a convenient bus system most of the weekend and the property is right next to a stop. 5 minute bus ride to Deer Valley. 10 minute walk to downtown.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was was clean, well amenitized and is in a convenient location. A city bus stop is located right in front of the property which we used daily for trips to Main Street and Park City Resort. We also walked several times to Main Street which is only 5 minutes away. There is a community hot tub which was great after a day of skiing. Last but not least, Dustine was very responsive to a couple of questions that we had!

Great location

This a spacious, well-equipped house ideally located for access to Main Street and with bus stops just outside for easy access to both Deer Valley and Park City skiing. The furniture and fittings are rather dated but functional and there is an eclectic mixture of silverware and crockery in the kitchen. It's worth bring your own kitchen knives. The hot tub is an added bonus.

Great Location

This is a great property with great management. Location could not be better and with bus stops right outside you can get to Deer Valley or Main St in a matter of minutes.

Stocked!

The kitchen in this property is the most well-stocked rental kitchen I have ever seen. I often bring my own travel coffee cup because the mugs in places tend to be tiny. This place had huge mugs, storage containers for leftovers and basically anything I could think of. The location was great — easy walk into Main Street Park City and shuttle stop for the Park City transit (including a short free shuttle ride to Deer Valley) right outside the building. There were even humidifiers (which we sadly discovered as we were doing a final check before leaving … they would have been useful)! In short, very well stocked place and a great home base for our first skiing trip out West.

Great Location!

This rental property was everything you could ask for. It was super close to Main Street and the bus stop was literally outside steps away from the front door, which was great for going to Park City Mountain. The maintenance crew at the condo also did a terrific job shoveling the snow, which provided a safe walking trail for us. Our group will definitely be renting this location on our trip to Park City

Great location and fully equipped condo

We enjoyed our stay in Park City. The condo had everything we needed and was a short walk or bus ride into town. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Perfect location!

This was our first time in Park City and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. It was so close to Main Street that we were able to walk when it wasn’t snowing. It also it close to the free transportation stop to and from the ski resort, which was so convenient! The house itself was great and had plenty of space. It was clean and had all your basics that you’d need. My only complaint would be that checkout was at noon so we went to breakfast at 10am, but when we arrived back before noon there was already someone there cleaning. It was a bit awkward to pack while the cleaning lady was in the same room. I would definitely stay here again though!

GREAT SPOT

Everything about this place was great. The location is perfect and catching the bus to Deer Valley is so easy and quick. It's about a 5 minute walk to Main Street too! Great stay and great communication!

Excellent location

The location is the best part of this property. It's an easy walk to downtown Park City but if you prefer, there's a shuttle stop right in front of the property. The condo was perfect for us. Please note that to get in you need to go up a flight of stairs and then go down 3-4 steps to the front of the condo. With luggage, it was a bit challenging but doable. Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and laundry room are upstairs. We had a great time in Park City and this was a nice place to end the day at.

Great location and unit

Location was great. We skied at Deer Valley, which was about a 5-minute drive, and we were able to walk to Park City for dinner at night, even in the cold and snow. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the unit was clean. We weren't there much except for breakfast and nighttime, but it was comfortable. Internet was sufficiently fast to catch up on some work emails and a Zoom meeting. Would certainly stay there again.

Cozy ski condo

Very comfortable two-bedroom unit with everything needed. Really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day (note this is shared with other condo units but we didn't overlap with other users). Garage very convenient.

Great Place, Great Location

Super clean and roomy condo located within walking distance to Main St. Hot tub seemed fun, but we didn't use it. Nice patio area. Plenty of amenities, including covered parking. Would vacation here again.

Good Property on a hill

Nice property close to Park City downtown. Property Manager is very helpful and courteous. Climb uphill to unit is a bit of a challenge so plan accordingly re large luggage, coolers, etc. Hot tub not working during our stay. Otherwise everything worked fine.

Ski trip

Overall very nice. Dirty quilt cover in one of the bedrooms. The dishwasher did not work well. And the pots and pans were very old. Great location, great to have parking. Thanks

Perfect spot for ski and play

Could not beat the location. A short walk to main st plus the free city bus stops right out front. This takes you just about anywhere- Deer Valley, supermarket, Canyons..,, The condo has everything one needs the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Even used the hot tub. The only things that need improvement are the showers and the toaster. One shower has almost no pressure and the other one can get extremely hot. The toaster smoked when we tried to use it and couldn’t figure out why. Other than that this place was perfect.
