Everything one needs for a long weekend in Vegas is found in this functional and conveniently located house. Pool (no heating charge!), hot tub, horseshoes, corn hole, grill, pool table, big kitchen, comfy recliners and TVs. This property is not a newer property but doesn't have that price point either.

Great location & everything you could need!

We stayed 4 days here and had a wonderful stay. The house is close enough to the strip we could drive or catch a reasonable uber. The backyard is huge and the pool was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean, convenient for the places we wanted to visit and the property manager communicated with us very well and was very attentive. We really enjoyed the outdoor area! The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, silverware, etc. Would stay there again if we are in the area!

Great backyard and pool!

The property is nicely set up for a group, with ample space for gathering both indoors and out. The pool is by far the biggest hit, especially with the kids. Clean property, easy access to the strip and shopping. Easy communication with owners.

Girls Getaway

The property was exactly as portrayed in the listing, very clean, had everything we needed. The outdoor space was heavenly and we loved the heated pool! Communication was fast and clear, every question we had was promptly answered. A great place to stay if you want to be off the strip. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

Our family birthday reunion couldn't have gone better at this fantastic property. Clean, large and comfortable with great amenities and the bonus of a multi-car garage. The house is in a convenient, quite and upscale neighborhood. We particularly appreciated the host's prompt and thoughtful communication. We look forward to booking again for our next Las Vegas trip.

Great house; served my family really well for a long weekend visiting my mom. Hiking at Red Rock is a straight shot down Charleston :) Easy to get to the strip as well. Smith's grocery store less than a mile away.

Really great outdoor space. Had everything we needed for a four night trip with friends. There was a house party next door on Saturday night loud music until 2:30 but other than that no complaints.

Fantastic

Fantastic place! The pictures don’t do the yard justice. There’s plenty of grass and open space. They had extra pillows and blankets and everything you need for a great stay. The swimming pool was even clean and warm. We’ll be back!

Nice Vacation Home

Family and I decided to visit Las Vegas for a get away. Glad we found this home to accommodate the 7 of us. Home had a the amenities we needed, very spacious house and backyard. The backyard area was nicely decorated and the pool really helped beat the Las Vegas heat. The neighborhood is very quiet so that was a plus along with the location. Everything we wanted to do was within a 10-15 min drive. The host was very friendly and great with communication. Any questions/concerns we had were met with a pleasant tone. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone looking.

Great get away in Vegas

This property was fantastic. We traveled to Vegas for Thanksgiving and wanted to be away from the strip. This house was far enough away, tucked in a quiet neighborhood, but not so far that we were away from everything. The rooms were great with memory foam beds. The pool table was great entertainment for all of us. And then there is the pool. HUGE. And being as it was Thanksgiving, it was heated. My kids had to be dragged out everyday as that was all they wanted to do. There are few VRBO houses I’d stay at a second time. This is on the top of my list when we return to Vegas.

Beautiful property!

We stayed at this home over Easter break, to see a niece's volleyball tournament. We wanted something fairly close to the strip, but quieter, clean, safe, and appropriate for several age groups, as we had a college student and the teen-age niece, plus 4 adults. The house was beautifully furnished and came with a wonderful professional kitchen for cooking Easter dinner. The pool was spotless clean, a perfect warm (but not too warm) temperature, and just so enjoyable--and very large for a back-yard pool! The hot tub was a hit with everyone--especially the college student and the teen. Finally, Adelmo the property manager/owner was extremely nice to work with--very courteous, polite and accommodating. His instructions to get into the house and access the pool/hot tub were very easy--everything was ready to use by the time of our arrival. Overall, this was a wonderful experience--I highly recommend this home for a family stay in Vegas!!

Large House in Good Location

The house came very much as advertised. Large, spacious home with plenty of room. Well cleaned. Communication with the host (Adelmo) was very efficient. He was very helpful and responsive to us during our stay. Be aware that this house is owned by an investment company, registered with the city, which means you end up paying a Vegas rental property tax that many private VRBO owners do not charge. Also, some of the personal touches you might expect from a private owner were not there. Kitchen basic supplies were not stocked very well (we had to buy our own ketchup, tea, spices, etc.). The backyard of the house large, but not very well maintained. The pool pumphouse is fallen apart making the noise of the pool pumps louder than needed. We found it to be a bit overpriced for what you get. But was adequate for our family stay, with 2 dogs. Only 10 minutes drive to the strip.
