Lovely 2 Bedroom Unit with Free Parking
About this space
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This two bedroom apartment is located in the downtown area of Paintsville Kentucky. As a guest you will be walking distance from the local hospital, restaurants, bars, antique district and much more.
I am an interior decorator and change decor and furniture on a regular basis. So, what you see in the pics may be different when you arrive at the property but I do try to take current photos and upload them in a timely manner.
The space
The unit has an open concept kitchen, breakfast area, and living room. The two bedrooms are very spacious for an apartment. The Bathroom is smallest room in the unit. The bathroom has new tile and a new toilet.
There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The unit has hardwood floors and no carpeting.
Guest access
This is a small little town with a big personality and plenty of parking.
Other things to note
The unit is Covid clean upon guest arrival.
Once a guest is in the unit they are responsible for cleaning it. I like to give my guest full privacy And reduce the number of people who touch things due to Covid.
I do have an excellent housekeeper if you would like to obtain her services for long term stays.
