Beautiful Home on the 8th Fairway - Great for Families or Couples!

You and your guests will enjoy relaxing in the comfortable great room appointed with a large flatscreen TV, comfortable seating, and a floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. Just outside the great room is an expansive outdoor entertainment patio overlooking the 8th fairway of Rope Rider golf course. The patio features an outdoor dining table, a gas BBQ, and a gas fire pit. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal. Keurig Coffee maker provided. Main floor master bath features a free standing tub, walk in shower and heated flooring. Upper master has private attached bathroom. The upstairs bunk room is a great space for the kids to hang out, with a large flatscreen TV and an Xbox. All bedrooms feature a flatscreen TVs for guests to relax. Heated garage has been converted to an additional living space, with comfortable seating, flatscreen TV and a pool table. There is also a private office off the garage- perfect for working remotely. Great location - an easy walk to Battista's Park, trails, and Swiftwater Cellars Winery.

*This is a great retreat for families or mature adult groups. Minimum age to rent is 25. Please no bachelor, bachelorette, prom, graduation, or similar parties. The number of guests you book for is the maximum number of guests that can be on the property day or night. Please no additional day time guests or events on the property. **Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $90 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home.

The oven in this property was broken during our stay. We had booked for Thanksgiving, and obviously assumed the oven would be working. The kitchen was one of the main features why we chose this property. We attempted to contact the owner multiple times, and he did not return our call until mid-day the following day. We had to cook our Thanksgiving turkey on the very small filthy BBQ outside. The BBQ hadn’t been cleaned for many uses. Lovely home, but definitely not worth the cost. Very disappointed in our experience.

Great spot! Our guest group consisted of 2 families (4 adults) and 3 kids w/age range of 7-11 y/o.Location was tucked away in a quiet culdesac for kiddos to play and zip around on scooters.Great amenities, clean and tidy, and ample options to entertain us, and kids, during stay.Easy check in/out process and host was stellar in accomodating our earlier check in time.We'll definitely look to stay again!

Wonderful annual trip with friends

This was our third time staying with at this lovely home with a group of 10 women. We love the decor, comfortable beds, and attention to detail that the owners have lovingly provided. Already counting down to next summer's trip!

Great For A Group — Will Definitely Be Back!

We stayed here for a wedding weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. The property manager was fantastic—very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have time to explore much on this trip because of all the wedding events, but we’re already talking about coming back to enjoy everything the area has to offer.The home was exactly as described—very clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It easily fit our whole crew and had plenty of parking, which was a big plus. The patio was a favorite spot for everyone, with a great setup for outdoor dining, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ.This was such a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

Amazing place, amenities, and all the details were excellent

We have stayed at many rental locations around the world and this ranks among the best we’ve ever experienced because of all the little details that were excellent. It was clean, everything worked as expected, and the owners stocked it with all the amenities you could hope for. Quality and care was evident throughout. Great place. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Loved staying at this house, we had 8 adults and everyone had a bed to sleep in and we were very comfortable! The whole place was stocked with everything we needed and the location was perfect! If we come back to the area I’ll stay here again, thank you for having us!

Amazing & Comfortable!

My husband and I had an amazing, relaxing stay at this beautiful home. When you walk through the front door you get a definite WOW factor! The great windows filled with PNW greenery! All of the spaces are beautifully decorated and has a wonderful homey feel. We were able to host family members for a nice dinner and enjoy the wonderful back patio space. We have stayed in many home rentals throughout the world, and we voted the kitchen here to be the best stocked! It has everything you could possibly need. We can't speak to all of the bedrooms (even though they all looked comfy!), we can say the bed in the main floor suite was very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was extremely easy and they responded quickly and answered every question we had. Would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home!

Perfect Thanksgiving Location

This is a wonderful home. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything is new and spotless. It fit our extended family of 11 perfectly. We loved the quiet location and the pool/game room was great for the teens.

Beautiful Home, Perfect for our Families!

The home was beautiful, spacious, spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. There is also a garage with a pool table and games that was perfect for our teens. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property!

The best spot in Suncadia

Wow! This house impressed! Super spacious for two families with teens and in a great location for a family wedding. The house was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great patio, comfy beds, and room for everyone. We will be returning. This one is definitely worth booking!

Absolutely perfect!

This was the most gorgeous, well-stocked home we’ve ever rented. Interior was gorgeous, layout was perfect, and every room was stocked with anything you could possibly need. Toys and games for kiddos, and a pool table, ping pong, and a fire pit for the adults! Perfect for a family getaway.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Our stay was nothing short of perfect! This house was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and wonderfully cozy. It made you feel at home. Our group of 8 had plenty of space and then some. Swiftwater Cellars was short walk away through the snow. Lori set the weekend off so welcoming with a personalized note, she was a joy to work with. We will absolutely be back next year!

Wonderful luxury rental

We just returned home from another amazing trip to Suncadia. When we go, we always rent a home (for privacy as well as amenities better suited for a family). There were just 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids). The home has a nice, secluded and quiet location (and only a short 3 minute drive to Swiftwater Cellars but away from the renter heavy locations like Sweet Shop and Cake Box Lane). The home itself is newly built, with lovely design choices. It has a high-end cabin vibe. The layout is really ideal: we loved the large Master Suite on the main floor (including a heated tile floor) as well as the mud room and laundry off the entry (great for us to place all our wet boots and ski gear). The house is well furnished, with comfortable and elegant choices. Lori and Luke have though of every little detail: a thoughtful Godiva "welcome basket", spices, utensils, pots & pans, ample supply of Keurig coffee pods, fresh linens and even a little closet of toys in the upstairs landing area (what kid doesn't love someone else's toys?). My kids loved the bunk room and having a safe and private little yard to play in (overlooking the golf course). We just had the most lovely time and will not only be returning to Suncadia, but to this fabulous home.

Warm & Inviting

The home was very warm & inviting. It included many little amenities which helped with items we forgot. The bedrooms are spacious. The bunk room provided space for the younger children to hang out on their own. Also, the rec room/garage provided an extra activity for adults and children. Over all it was a wonderful, memorable family experience.

We celebrated the New Year here. Great house. Super clean upon arrival. Very pleasant experience. Host is available to answer any questions pretty much instantly. Loved the natural gas grill - you know you will have enough flame :)

Fantastic stay at this Suncadia home.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely Suncadia home. It was perfect for our extended family that had little kids to teenagers along with Grandma and Grandpa. The host had great communication and was available to answer any question we had with a quick response. We are looking forward to coming back to stay at this wonderful home again.
