Long weekend getaway

Had a bit of burnout with work so I spontaneously went looking for a north Georgia cabin for my family. I have 2 kids aged 2-4 so it was important to have the right layout so they could be close by at night and in a room without direct access outside in case they got adventurous. This cabin was everything we needed. It is the perfect cabin for a younger family since there is a master on the same level as the adorable kids room which has no windows or doors. However, it made us feel safer knowing they weren’t going to wake up and have access to outside at night. 2 porches (screened and unscreened) offered great views into nature and into blue ridge. Everything about this cabin was comfy, clean and cozy and it was our first family vacation where we weren’t endlessly waiting to go back to the known comforts of home. If I had to be particular, there’s a baby gate at the top of the stairs and I would have also liked to see one at the bottom to prevent climbing in the dark, but I would say that is serious nitpicking. A short drive into blue ridge and everything you need is at your fingertips. If you’re an over-protective parent of younger children looking for a cabin, choose this one. Even with older kids, this is a fantastic option. Thank you to the hosts for giving us a fantastic trip to remember.

We could not have picked a better place for our stay in Blue Ridge. This cabin is absolutely perfect! Spacious, exceptionally clean, well-stocked with everything we could've needed, and some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The views from the back screened-in deck are unmatched, we spent every night hanging out back there and enjoyed grilling. The downstairs was perfect for our kids, with an amazing assortment of games. Also important to note, though the second primary bedroom is on the same level as the kids' room, the rooms are far enough away from each other that we couldn't hear even a drop of noise (and our kids are loud!). If we ever make our way back to Blue Ridge, we will absolutely stay here again.

Cute cabin with Everything - right above Blue Ridge

Cute cabin at the end of a gravel road perched above Blue Ridge and an expansive view of the mountains. Very clean, organized, and well provisioned, including matching robes, lots of towels and a comfy bed. Two equal Masters (up and down) with a four bunk bed kids room makes it perfect for two couples and kids. My husband loved the throwback video games, while I relished the hot tub with a cocktail and a view of the fireworks across the valley. Great people, great location thanks for hosting us over the Fourth of July.

An amazing getaway cabin!

The roads going up to the cabin were a little creepy and narrow but once we got to the property, OMGGG amazing!! Very clean, organized and everything you would need for a cozy stay in vacation away from the world! The cabin was close to local and retail shops, downtown and other local activities specific to the area. We had an amazing time in the jacuzzi, porch area and inside the cabin. Plenty of games, tv's, and space for everyone to have their own things going on. Had all the dishes and appliances needed, even had a few seasonings and food items onsite. Loved the holiday decor set up for us as well. So many little yet important details were covered that made our stay amazing. Plenty of linen, towels, wash cloths, and cleaning supplies onsite. The host reached out day of to confirm check in details and to ensure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay again!

Great property

This was our second stay at Aspen of the East and we enjoyed every minute. The back porch is perfect for morning coffee and happy hour! The beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, and the hot tub was perfect. The hosts are very attentive as well. We highly recommend this cabin.

Quiet Retreat

Great home for girls weekend!

The house was great and had everything we needed! The porch and views were great and we loved sitting out there drinking coffee and sitting in the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and the living room was great for catching up. Close proximity to downtown although the one way road can be tricky if you run into another car! We loved the property and the owners had great communication! Would definitely recommend!

The Perfect Mountain Getaway

The cabin was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountains. We could see the city lights and they twinkled like stars in the black of night. The cabin was immaculate and cozy. The host was easily available to answer questions and help with places to eat and sights to see. Looking forward to another visit during another season.

It was very relaxing, but also had lots of amenities to entertain the kids. The hot tub and foosball table were our family favorites. The host was always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend as a quick getaway from the city.

Great vacation

My family and I stayed in Brett & Jill’s beautiful house for 4 nights in October. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and comfortable and a great place to hang out and relax with the kids and grandkids. There was plenty to do in the area but we were always happy to go back to the cabin for R&R. We would happily stay their again.

Heaven in the Mountains

We highly recommend this property. We would have given 10 stars if it was possible. We loved everything about our stay at Aspen of the East, from the cleanliness of the property to every little attention to detail from the hosts. Waking up every morning and having coffee on the screened in porch with the view of the mountains and downtown Blue Ridge was amazing. The property's location is perfect. It's elevation is high enough for a beautiful view, yet is 5 minutes away from dining options, shopping, hiking, etc. We plan on returning to Aspen of the East next year to make more memories with our family and friends.

Best cabin in Blue Ridge!

My family and I spent an amazing weekend in this cabin. After searching for days, we did the right pick. The cabin was super clean, organized, and well decorated. My wife loved every single detailed in it. The hot tub was a plus with a great view! Kids loved the experience. It was their first time a cabin and our first visit to Blue Ridge. The owner, Brett, was a great host. He answered all our questions, and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely come back for another holiday or regular weekend!

Perfect place to escape!

What a great place to relax and have so many options close by. The cabin was just as pictured and the owners were so helpful. It's quiet and peaceful and yet many options in Blue Ridge to meet our needs. The inside was beautiful and clean and very welcoming. The back porch was my favorite. It had a gorgeous view, peaceful and the place to relax. The hot tub was a bonus to be enjoyed.

Lovely Cabin in Serene Setting!

We loved this cabin! The pictures don’t really do the place justice. It was clean and comfortable in every way, and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen and baths. The beds were very comfortable and more than enough for our party. We took lovely walks on the mountain and were just a 5 min drive to some great little restaurants downtown. Mainly we sat on the deck and relaxed; the hammock swings and hot tub with a view were amazing. 5 stars! We will be back.

Fabulous!

We had the pleasure of staying at Aspen for a girls trip to Blue Ridge. Although I’ve visited the area & rented cabins off Aska before, the proximity to town & beautiful sunsets with NW facing back porch were just perfect! The cabin is one of the coziest, sweetest places I’ve ever stayed. It was immaculate in every way and was perfect for our group of four (although the bunk room was precious for a young family or two). Jill was helpful, responsive and has thought of every single detail to make our stay perfect. The beds & bedding are SO dreamy & we loved curling up for movie nights on the couch. I always worry about a steep driveway, but this Florida girl managed just fine in a Volvo with no 4-wheel drive. Great directions, easy to find, easy drive to the cabin. I cannot say enough about this gorgeous property and it’s proximity to town & the Aska Adventure area. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us:)!!!

Outstanding!

I came here with two of my kids and my best friend and her two kids. We had so much fun! The house was perfect and just as described. The host was amazing and very accommodating. The house is gorgeous! The beds are super comfy and after traveling for 2 weeks already this was definitely a welcome change. The location is minutes from downtown. When we come back to Blueridge we will be staying here again.

Pristine cabin packed with amenities

Wonderful cabin with short drive into town. Worked great for our family of four plus mother-in-law. Screened in main porch is spacious and great for coffee, meals, and chatting. Kitchen has everything to cool delicious meals. Downstairs was great for four people and came equipped with tv, arcade game, foosball table, and many other wall and board games. Plus the outdoor hot tub on lower deck was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful cabin and great location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay . The cabin is in a great location. Close and easy drive to town. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the most beautiful sunsets from the deck. The hosts checked in with us to ensure we were having a great stay. Love it! We would definitely stay here again. Recommend

Wonderful getaway!

This property is the perfect place to escape and be in privacy. The scenery and view from the porch was my favorite part. During our stay the Trout festival was going on and we could hear the concert from our porch. The cabin is clearly taken well care of and was clean upon our arrival. We even had a welcome card and sparkling cider as a small gift!! Definitely recommend staying here

Gorgeous mountain cabin!

We had a perfectly relaxing weekend at this gorgeous cabin tucked in the mountains. The views were unforgettable from the luxurious porch where we enjoyed our coffee and meals. We felt away from it all, yet so close to downtown (5 minutes!). The interior of the cabin was immaculate. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our meals, and the spacious living room provided plenty of room to relax and did I mention the porch?! Overall, I can't recommend this cabin enough. If you're looking for an unforgettable mountain retreat, this is the place for you.

Last Days of Holiday Break

Cabin is amazing!! Perfectly appointed, cozy, great amenities for kids!! Cabin is close to downtown, easy to get to, yet feels secluded and private (which we always look for when we stay in blue ridge). Had a question during our stay and the owner called us directly within minutes of sending a message on VRBO!! Loved this cabin and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Mountain Cabin with Breathtaking Views

The cabin was beautifully decorated and stocked with every amenity we needed for our week-long stay. The cabin was also unique in that its conveniently located near the town of Blue Ridge, while also being very private and peaceful. I would absolutely stay again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway. Also, let me just add that the Host was very informative, and accessible, and made us feel very welcome.
