Welcome! Our modern, cozy studio apartment sits on the garden level of a historic brownstone in Jersey City's Historical District.

The neighborhood is safe, residential and centrally located - we are a short 9 min walk to Grove St PATH Station, which brings you to Manhattan in just 2 stops. If you prefer to stay local, just 4 blocks down the street will bring you to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and Hamilton Park!
The space
You and your guest(s) have private access to the apartment and amenities. The apartment includes a sleeping area, kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. The apartment is fully-furnished with a queen size bed, pull-out sofa bed, dresser, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and 4 person dining table; fully-stocked bathroom with toiletries; extra lighting, and blinds.

WiFi: Whether you’re just browsing or working, we’ve got you covered. High-speed internet runs throughout the house.

Caffeine Station: Need a pick-me-up? Check out our caffeine station, which includes a coffee maker, coffee, caffeinated black/green tea, decaf herbal tea, creamer, sugar, and sweetener.

Toiletries: Take advantage of our suite of toiletries. Toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, feminine products) are located in the bathroom cart, and shower caddy.

Pull-out Bed: Need extra space? The sofa doubles as a bed for sleeping. The sofa opens up to a queen bed.

Family-friendly gaming: Wind down from exploring Jersey City and NYC and indulge in some family friendly fun with Uno, Four-in-a-row, Clue and more.

Air Conditioning: Too hot? A window unit AC is available for use when needed.

NOTES
+ The guest booking the apartment must be 21 or older, as per Jersey City short-term rental ordinance.
+ No smoking of any kind, including marijuana, allowed in the apartment.
+ No use of candles, or other open flames.
+ Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.
+ Check out is no later than 10:00 a.m.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the lower floor of the brownstone. Access is via a keycode which will be provided 24-48 hours prior to your arrival.

Note: A utility room is connected in the back of the unit which will be locked for storage.

Parking: Free street parking is available Monday to Friday for 2 hours from 8am - 5pm. Street parking is available nights and weekends. Paid parking is available nearby if required.

Laundry: There is no washing machine in the apartment. There are local laundromats less than 3 min walk from the place.
