Located on one of the most beautiful beaches on St. Thomas! Sapphire Belle Vie is a stunning two-story, one bedroom, two bath villa located directly on the white sand beach in building A, overlooking the turquoise blue water and breathtaking views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands.

This perfect location means you are a short walk to the beach, residents/guests only pool, Beach Bar, Beach Buzz coffee shop, water excursions and much more. In addition, this villa is a five-minute drive or taxi ride (taxi stand on site) to Red Hook, which offers many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops. You can also take the ferry from Red Hook to St. John or the BVIs.

We can help you plan all aspects of your vacation -- day boat charters, fishing excursions, snorkel tours, Island Jeep tours, Massage therapists that come to you, grocery deliveries, private chef services and mid-stay housekeeping services. All you need to do is ask!

We had an amazing stay at this unit! We are a family of 4 with 2 kids ages 8 and 6. This condo was beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect! The views are stunning from both outdoor decks. The location is right on sapphire beach overlooking the gorgeous water. The condo is located right next to the coffee shop, restaurants and beach bar making it prime location. We loved everything about this place!

Perfect experience

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and very well-stocked, including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and even some sunscreen. The view was breathtaking from the balconies. And the access to the adjacent restaurants and shop was simply awesome. Perfect experience here!

We’ve been staying in Sapphire Beach for years and this was by far, the nicest condo we’ve rented. The condo had everything we needed and loved having a little vacuum for cleaning up sand. The appliances were nice and worked great and the condo came fully stocked with spices for cooking. Loved waking up and having coffee on the balconies. The washer and dryer came in handy while traveling with our toddler. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Stay

This house was immaculate and everything was as pictured. We were steps from the beach and the resort was so fun that we barely left. The beds were comfy and the place was very quiet at night and in the mornings. I would absolutely stay again and would recommend this for couple's, families and friend groups.

50th birthday trip

This property was even better in person! The views were amazing and the communication was great. I loved that there were little extra things like coffee, sunscreen, beach chairs, floats and even a flat iron and curling iron. The location was perfect, we were able to go parasailing right on the property. The pizza place was very good. We also ate at Sudis twice while there. You’re only 5 mins to the ferry at Red Hook to go over to St John. Just FYI it’s on level 3 and there are no elevators. That was the only downside but still worth it. It might be difficult for elderly or someone with mobility issues. I also highly recommend the night kayaking that leaves out of the Westin. Great 50th birthday trip! We will be back!

Tv in bedroom would be nice

Everything was fabulous. The place is so nice. The sofa in the living room is a little uncomfortable. We would like to stay again next year.

Amazing Trip

We had a great stay at the condo. The views were incredible. We were even able to watch the New Years Eve fireworks from the deck. The property has everything you need a coffee shop, bar/ casual restaurant, pizza place and a pool. The best part is being able to walk out to a beautiful beach. The condo was also beautifully decorated and well maintained. There were beach chairs towels and even a cooler bag. The concierge helped us arrange a boat trip which was our favorite day. A great trip!

St Thomas trip

Excellent location and one of the best beaches. Steps from the beach. Great bar and chairs are included. No TV in upstairs bedroom and we like to watch to fall asleep. downstairs ac unit would not get cooler than 75 and seemed to struggle. this is a great economical place to stay with a beautiful beach!

Right on the beach!

I recently stayed at this stunning beachfront condo that exceeded all expectations. The location couldn't be better—right on the beach, with breathtaking ocean views and easy access to local shops and restaurants. The condo is spacious and beautifully designed, featuring an open floor plan that maximizes natural light One of the highlights is the two balconies. The first offers a perfect spot for morning coffee while soaking in the sunrise, and the second is ideal for evening cocktails with friends, complete with sunset views. Overall, this condo is a perfect getaway, combining comfort, style, and an unbeatable location. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Everything Belle Vie was fantastic. This is a great place to stay on a great property. The unit itself was perfect and the amenities were nice. Very short walk to the beach and the restaurants/bars next door. The views from the 2 balconies make it even better. Will be visiting Belle Vie again.

Sapphire beach condo

This property is very nice. I loved the view of the beach from the balcony. My family enjoyed snorkeling and swimming in the beach that was just a few steps away from the condo. Having several restaurants on the property was very convenient when you didn’t want to get in the car to go eat. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to St Thomas

Paradise at Sapphire beach

The condo Belle Vie was exactly as pictured on line. Beautiful upgrades in kitchen and both bathrooms. Condo is well appointed with all you need in each room. Including beach towels, floats, snorkle gear, beach chairs. Restuarants on property offer good selection of food. We had a wonderful honeymoon here. We will be back.

Great location in paradise!

The condo is beautiful, clean, has an incredible view, and is exactly as shown in photos. It is decorated so cute and beachy! We loved the location of building A, right on the beach, an easy walk! It was also convenient to have restaurants/food options in walking distance (Sudis, Sapphire beach bar, Paradise Pie, beach buzz coffee) and the taxi stop on site was convenient to go off property. Red Hook is close by to hop on the ferry to St. John. Communication with the property management was timely and professional. We did have a few minor maintenance issues (with the AC, oven, and dryer) and when I reached out to Elite Luxury Properties they were helpful, and quick to assist. They were able to send someone out to fix things, which was much appreciated and made for a pleasant stay. We were thrilled that the condo provided beach chairs and beach towels. We used these everyday. The only things I would suggest they add is perhaps shampoo for guests. I brought my own but only a small travel size and would loved to have had some available at the condo. It’s the little things! I realize the listing doesn’t say this, but just a suggestion. The water pressure is not what I am used to on the mainland but that is with anywhere on the island so just be advised. We absolutely loved Belle Vie and would go back and stay there again in a heartbeat! In fact we are planning a return trip!

Beautiful property! Gorgeous balcony views!

My wife and I traveled to St. Thomas for our 20th anniversary. Just stepping out onto the balcony was breathtaking, easily the most beautiful beach I've ever seen in person. The unit had everything: beach chairs, cooler bag, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The upper floor with vaulted ceilings and it's own balcony was beautiful. We could not have stayed at a better property! The Saphire Beach Resort and Marina was safe (guard on duty at the entrance of the resort), clean, and well maintained. The beach and water were beautiful, great snorkling! We like to travel to different destinations every year, but if we ever return to St. Thomas, we'll stay here again!

Sapphire Beach get away

This condo is very up to date and very comfortable. My wife, daughter, grandson had plenty of room. Having 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the condo were big pluses!! View is best on the veach. Condo is in A building which is closest to taxis, breakfast bar, beach bar and beach restaurant.
