You will be enchanted by this German Village cottage. Comfortable living room with french doors leading out to a beautiful garden. Two nice sized bedrooms, lots of closets and1.5 bathrooms. Galley kitchen and dining area with nice sized table.This is definitely not your run of the mill rental. Unique artwork, cool wallpaper and fun vintage decor. Definitely in the vibe of German Village itself. A charming brick turn of the century village with brick roads, charming shops and restaurants and a beautiful park in the middle with gas powered lamps

We truly loved this home. It is a beautiful house built in the old style. The outdoor garden is gorgeous and relaxing. It's in the perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars and shops.We will be back!

Phenomenal home! Ease of getting around German Village was key to our choosing this location. Walk to dinner, shops and coffee houses. The host was amazing! Her response times and answers to our questions were efficient and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here and plan to return again!

Super cute

Though we had a short stay, we enjoyed this place so much. It was just what we were looking for - quaint and well cared for. property location provided a safe, welcoming atmosphere that was in the heart of German Village and close to our destination. Our host was very helpful and communicative. I highly recommend this property and hope that we can return for a longer stay sometime.

We had a great time staying at this property in German Village! Very clean, very quiet, very safe. Excellent communication with the owner. The beds were comfy, the ac worked well, and the location was perfect. We parked once and never needed our cars. Had dinner at Lindey's, enjoyed The Book Loft, had coffee at Winan's, strolled through Schiller Park. Pretty much everything is within a 15 minute walk. There is so much more to do - we will be back!

Fun, funky and comfortable place to stay in the German Village!

We had a great stay in this funky house! Offsite parking was a must for us. Thanks for having coffee and a real coffee pot (not pods available)! Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic! German Village is an adorable community to stay in.

Beautiful house. Clean. Within walking distance of many attractions

Allison Was wonderful to work with. Nice parking spot. The house is beautiful. Construction going on in houses close by, but we still had a fantastic yard area to relax.

Charming!

This space was lovely! It smelled super fresh and clean, and was super roomy and comfortable. The patio was spacious and private, the decor was magical, parking was easy, and the host was a dream. We will definitely book again!

Amazing Stay at German Village Hideaway

We spent 3 weeks at this fantastic house in German Village. The location could not have been better - walking distance to coffee shops, amazing restaurants and Schiller Park. There was a dedicated parking place and available street parking. And the house was cute and comfortable with 2 large rooms, a fenced in yard, washer/dryer, cozy couches in the den with a great TV and a small kitchen that had everything we wanted. Allison was the best communicator and our check in and check out process was seamless - super easy. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great home, close to everything.

We loved staying at the house. The house is in line with the time period of the German Village but has been well maintained. We loved the room decorations and the little garden. If you are after some traditional German food - Schmidt's Sausage Haus is a one-minute walk away. The park and downtown Columbus are also a walking distance.

Charming and quaint and right near downtown!

Clean, Welcome and warm. Nice outdoor area with patio and water feature. Close to german village attractions, public park, great dining and shopping. The owner was responsive to messages within the hour, sometimes in minutes. The interior spaces are exactly as pictured. It was fun to roam through the house and look at the many cute decor details.

Great stay!

Super cute property in a great area! The backyard is beautiful and quiet. Within a short walk there are countless restaurants and a grocery store.The off street parking is a bit tricky, if you have a large vehicle i recommend parking on the road. This was our first Vrbo experience, we will never spend more than one night in a hotel again! We will be back to this property next time we visit Columbus!

Twilight in German village

There were many werewolves and vampires fighting around us with a lot of over emoting supposed teenagers . I was told this was just a movie but it may have been a documentary dealing with the history of German village. What do you think? Also who is that scary guy in the painting in the living room? His eyes kept following me!!!

Lovely Location, Fun, Quirky Stay

Generally a fun location, and the home was very clean and put together. The garden in the back patio has a lovely variety of trees and plants, and each room in the house feels pretty unique in its ambiance. If you get there in the dark, it is a little hard to see how to turn lights on, as a number of light switches don’t work, so it’s fumbling with a lamp in the dark to get it on. The shower head is also very strongly pressurized, and you can’t change the strength of that, which made my wife want to avoid the shower. But all in all, we really enjoyed our time there and expect we may find ourselves back again soon.
