Very clean. Everything we needed for 6 people. We only stayed one night, but would be very comfortable for a longer stay. Will definitely stay here again for all Birmingham trips.

A little quirky when you walk in with two beds in the living area…but it worked out perfectly for us. Wonderful having two bathrooms, laundry, full kitchen, the wonderful outdoor deck, very clean, great linens & towels, plus little extras that they have there for you, like the coffee bar area. We would definitely stay there again. For us, it was very close to our family & just a few miles away from Oak Mountain State Park. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Clean but disappointed

Main complaint was Lighting was really bad especially having a dark ceiling. Everything very dark. Need to replace burned out bulbs and replace with led. One Sink in master bath did not work. Very hard to get in shower. A 2’ step up. Not good for seniors. Floors were sloped. Tiny driveway. There were 4 or 5 air fresheners plugged into outlets. Some people are allergic. Because of two big beds in livingroom there is not much seating. Tv connection not good.

Stay was fine

The stay was fine. Place was clean. Description is accurate. The beds in the living room are akward but description mentioned them so nothing unexpected. The kitchen is well equipped with everything except eating utensils, we only had 4 forks. A few little things need improvement. For instance, the sofa is pretty uncomfortable and small considering the house says it sleeps 8-10. Also, the bed in the primary bedroom creaks with ANY movement. So my husband and I were woke up all night long anytime one of us moved or turned over. Please replace the bed frame in the primary bedroom for future guests.

Fantastic time in pelham

This rental had everything we needed as two touring bands making our way from Texas to North Carolina to continue the next leg of our tour!! Feeling well rested and appreciative of the fully stocked kitchen.

The townhouse was clean, but there were items in need of repair. The windows are taped shut, there is a broken window (1 of 2 panes broke (there is a note to fix it, but can be a hazard when on the deck)

My extended family and I stayed here for a night on the way to Florida to break up the trip and it was perfect for us. Plenty of room, convenient location, and a nice clean place.

Spacious and quiet home

We felt at home right away. The shaded back porch is one of the highlights of this property. The home has some interesting decor and lots of decorative tile work that add to its charm. There are double sinks in the master suite; one only runs hot water, and the other only cold but we made it work. The lightbulbs in the entire house were very dim. There was extra furniture in the front guest room closet, making it impossible to hang anything longer than a shirt. The host provided ample cleaning supplies, all bathroom toiletries and lots of disposable cups and plates. The kitchen is well-equipped for any large group. This neighborhood was very quiet and located conveniently near south Birmingham.

Happy House

The neighborhood and house made us happy from the appearance. We didn't have children but would have been very concerned about the broken window on the deck,if we did. The ants took over the whole house.The back door lock needs to be tighten up and the spider webs needed attention. The house is very nice and well stocked with everything you might need. We would love to come back without the company of the ants.
