Beautiful & Cozy Home Away From Home Near Orlando Attractions - 4BR/3Bath

Surrounded by palm trees this vacation villa is close to Disney and Orlando attractions. A private pool and option to heat, at an additional fee, in the spacious screened in patio. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day at the theme parks.

The interior of the home is painted in a relaxing gray blue color. New furniture and decorated tastefully so everything looks very cozy and comfortable.

Black granite counter tops in the kitchen and tiled floors throughout the house. The master king bathroom offers a beautiful shower suited with a spa panel so you can add jet streams when you shower. There is one in the Queen Master too. Granite counter tops in the queen and king bathrooms as well.

The two master bedroom suites are located at opposite sides of the house. Both master baths come equipped with European-style body wash showers. There are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds in each room. It can easily accommodate two families comfortably. Villa has 3 televisions, high-speed internet and free long distance phone service. This one-story home is attractively furnished and with no stairs it is appropriate for all ages. Shopping and restaurants are nearby beginning just 5 minutes away.

My wife and I just returned from a really great stay at Jasen’s property. The property was clean and well thought out. The houses in the neighborhood are pretty close to each other but it was very peaceful and we couldn’t hear any outside noise in the house. The closest neighbors also rarely used their swimming pools which made the swimming pool at the property very peaceful and more private. Jasen was extremely courteous and responsive and the minor issues we encountered were promptly addressed and resolved satisfactorily. We would definitely recommend this property and if it was available, we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Orlando. Thanks Jasen!!!!

Great stay at the property. Location is not far from stores and Disney and Universal parks are also not far (20-30 minutes away). My children enjoyed the pool and we were so happy that our little morkie dog was able to stay with us as well. Owner was also quick to respond to any questions I had.

Beautiful house

Good location, clean, well equiped, nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, pool was amazing. We had a few issues with dishwasher and the property manager and owner dealt with it promptly. Property manager Alex is amazing, helpfull, easily reachable and very friendly. Travelling from Canada, we stayed for 2 months and would definetly return when and if political situation improves.

We had a fabulous time vacationing for 2 weeks at this house. It is as described, spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to questions I had during the booking process and our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

This house is beautiful

If your looking for a gome away from home this is the perfect place. I had a few tiny issues that was addressed & fast no waiting around like other locations that give you the run around.. I rent houses avout 4 times a year & this one was by far the best.. They allowed ys to bring our furbabies which is a must & we appreciate that so much.. Thank uou for letting us stay in your home ♡

July Stay

The home would benefit with having a few more basic items such as hangers, bath mats and few extra towels. My elderly mother was with us on this trip and not having a bath mat to help with her footing after getting out of the shower proved challenging, so in the interest of her safety I purchased a mat and left it in the home. Communication was prompt and items that required repair were timely with the exception of the ice maker. While ice trays were provided, we purchased ice at the local Publix. The pool was enjoyed by all.

Property is as advertised, nice layout and very comfortable. Was not able to use the charcoal grill as it was not cleaned out and no grill brush was available. Pool is great but does not get full afternoon sun. Refrigerator has an ice maker but it wasn’t working properly.

Great location & amazing host!

I’d like to start by saying the host is amazing! The location is safe, quiet and close to everything you need! We will stay here again. The pics online I believe are older, the walls are not white, they are blue. The front door is not as pictured. The house is overall clean. A personal suggestion is I think the house needs a minor update, fresh paint, new curtains, I personally not a fan of cloth couches as they hold dirt and smell (as I already knew my personal opinion even when I go to hotels, I took blankets to cover the couches with for our comfort) maybe rearrange some furniture as it’s a great layout! If you have a nanny there is a separate quarter! Nice to know for our next trip! We went on daily walks around neighborhood with our dogs and we felt safe and people are friendly. Overall the home is comfy and has everything you need and the host is a pleasure to deal with! We were there for the holidays and looking to book 2024-25 real soon again!

Work trip

This is my 2nd trip to Florida for work. Tge house itself was nice, could not get the dishwasher to work. There was no tv unless I signed into my streaming accounts, which is ok but there should at least be an air antenna for local channels or cable on the main tv which is what the 1st house I stayed had. Internet was a bit of an issue at 1st. Overall, good experience. Tv and internet was only real complaint

Very nice stay.

We had a nice time at the house. We spent most of our time at amusement parks but we were glad to come back to a comfortable house. We enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool. We would recommend this house to friends and family.

Amazing

Enjoyed Labor day weekend at the house! It was a perfect getaway to relax and rest! 30 min drive to Legoland which our 4 year old son loved! Everything was clean and fully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely rent again.

Clean and Quiet

The home is as listed and the pool was great. Close to the 4, quiet neighborhood and easy to get places. Not much provided for stay…..make sure you are prepared to purchase laundry pods, all food supplies, garbage bags and toilet paper. Would definitely stay again!

Great Relaxing Location

4 bedrooms and three bathrooms! 20-30 minute drive to Disney. Easy check in. Very responsive to any questions. Pool was very nice and relaxing. Suggestions would be for wine glasses and to add recycling as an option.
